John and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional and courteous. John kept us informed on plans for the work and of any issues that arose. This allowed us to make adjustments quickly and with minimal impact to the schedule. John was very helpful in our discussions and gave much appreciated input and advice concerning options. He added ceiling height and removed walls to give us what we had envisioned, only better. He was always cognizant of our budget and worked to minimize change orders. We are extremely happy and confident with the results of the renovations done to our home. John delivered on everything we asked for and then some. Sun City Builders remodeled my parents bedroom and bathroom to make it handicap accessible. It turned out beautiful and John and his construction partners provided the ultimate in customer service. John always informed me daily who was coming to work be it the tile workers, plumbers, electricians or the inspectors. He personally was always there to see if construction was completed as scheduled. I have recommended Sun City Builders to everyone that has seen the beautiful results of my parents bathroom and bedroom. Again, we are so appreciative and thankful.

Sun City Builders & Remodeling Company was heaven sent when my home experienced a lot of damage both inside and outside a little over 2 years ago. They were very professional, honest, and trustworthy. I would go to no one else when it comes to my home. The work they did is absolutely beautiful. The most recent project that Sun City completed for me was a conversion of a Popeyes restaurant to a Starbucks. They delivered on budget and ahead of schedule. I live in Dallas and can’t be on the job in El Paso to check, so having a quality builder like Sun City takes the stress off. They build each project as if were their own.
