Great people to work with. Great price. the Crew didn't speak English so without Google Translate would have been difficult to communicate but they did a great job and I'm very happy with the finished product. Other companies were telling me a month or more to get delivery but Texas Star Steel promised less than 2 weeks to have the crew on site and they delivered on that promise.

Good looking carport, good quality product. Install crew worked straight 2 hours & cleaned up area before & after. NO issues during installation, Texas Star crew of 3. They like what they do & proud to do it. 1 week from factory and installed on time. Thanks

The installers did the best job you could ask for can't say enough great things about the Crew. The engineering work could of been better. The crew had to take the Frame back to the shop to have the the anchor feet welded to the main frame. Also one of the walk through doors had to me moved because the main uprights where to tight for the door to be installed.

Order may 17, put $200.00 down this is july 10, still waiting, only get next week, next week. July 14 still nothing.july 15, went into talk, was told it would be done thur or friday, holding my breath. Tomorrow is the promise due date, we will see.july 19? Got my carport today ,4 weeks later, but its beautiful, good job.

Would use this company again. They called on a Monday and showed up the following day bright and early. And I'm about 176 miles away. From my first contact with them till installation was less the 3 weeks. Could not be any happier. The crew was very professional and worked hard to complete the job. Thank You Texas Star Steel !!

Texas Star Steel has helps me to install my new garage after the old one was ripped off by storm last year. They have been really helpful and informative during the course. I am happy with their service and installation. Five stars for their service and will definitely recommend them to anybody wants a metal building.

The team arrived to assemble the shed and immediately started working. They work great as a team and made sure that we were satisfied with the work. They cleaned after themselves and left our yard picked up, as it was. These young men: Jorge, Gabriel and Esteban are hard working and do a fantastic job! I highly recommend this company.

My father in law ordered a RV carport to be installed in February 2022. They have yet to install it and it's June 2022. They have told him they will be here multiple times, today being one of them and never showed up. They aren't very professional, no common courtesy to call and let us know they aren't showing up. Customer service has been horrible so far. It was suppose to take 3 days to maybe a week to install but now we are in months. The first crew that showed up did a horrible job, the panels weren't aligned and they brought their family, kids and dogs on our property without permission. We have dogs ourselves but it was more of a safety thing. The second crew that showed up took down the first crew work because of how bad it was and never came back to install. My father in law has talked to the supervisors, to finish the work. So far nothing has been done to complete the work. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company after seeing what my in laws have to go through.After this post, they came around noon to drop off a trailer of items. They said they would be back at 3pm to start work. They didn't show up until after 5pm. They started to work and ended at 10pm. They came back the next day around 7am and finished up the building. They did a good job. It's just frustrating that it took this long to get it done. This job could have been maybe 2 or 3 days of work all together and not months. I'm not really sure what the issues is with this company if it's lack or leadership or organization. But something has to change on how they conduct business.

Very pleased with my carport! From the very beginning I was definitely impressed with this company. I first spoke with Carla and she discussed options with me and even provided me with an approximate estimate while we were on the first phone call (which proved to be very accurate) She was professional, customer oriented and a big reason why I selected this company. Fernando came and did a physical measurement and gave me some additional options which I agreed to. He obviously knew what he was doing. I was impressed. Next I dealt with Danny who helped me with drawings to get a permit from the city. Very helpful! My carport is beautiful! I could not be happier. I strongly recommend this company

I looked around for a decent deal since it seems like everything is super expensive right now. These guys gave me a better price than I was expecting and had my rv garage set up in literally two weeks. I'm very happy with the building. Highly recommended 👌

First experience sucked with there salesman. Went in person today, dealt with Fernando and totally different experience. We will find out in a week if they hold up to the one week install period. Hope it's better than waiting 8 weeks. Will keep you posted on approval rating.

Communicating with these folks was ridiculously difficult. Big Buildings Direct hooked us up with Texas Star Steel, representing them as Colorado licensed contractors who would get a permit in our County and install our garage. When it came time to get their contractor number for the county, they refused to give it to us and refused to get permitted. After paying $880 for the engineered drawings, they refused to get permitted to legally do our job, asking us to apply for a homeowner permit and let them come to our property and install our garage. What? I’m, no! And they refuse to refund our money for the engineered plans we can do nothing with. Terrible experience.

This company is very unprofessional, they lie all the time. It took them 6 months to get my building finished. The building arrived to my house with the installers, and all the parts was not packed with the order. Save your time and find another company! Upon further inspection of the building, I noticed how poorly the final trim was installed. Low and behold I've been blocked on social media and can no longer message them. To add a little more, I just found out the top ridge cap on the building isn't painted either.

Fernando’s crew built me a large car port and patio in Heber az. His crew did a wonderful job. They we’re always very informative. They told me in advance the day that they were going to be there. This company does nothing but lie and cancel appointments over and over.I have got different excuses from different people.And even after I got calls finally from installers after 2 months of hell, I get told it was being done today I have yet to get a call or anyone to answer except a guy names Fernando I was told was the owner and he says he is a installer.If you want horrible service and lied to this is the company for you.If that’s not what you want STAY AWAY.Shouldn’t even deserve 1 star rating

I contracted to have a carport built and gave my deposit. After months of rescheduling, no-shows, and ultimately non-communication I finally asked for a refund. It never happened and I wound up having to do a chargeback dispute with my bank. I’m so glad I paid with my card and not cash, otherwise I’d be out the money. Definitely avoid this company!

Just got our awesome barn put up! Huge 60x36. The workers were extremely fast putting this thing up! As far as I'm concerned they are very fair priced and have a quick turn around time. I have looked up plenty of steel building companies and even had a shop put up from General Steel and this company takes the cake!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with I ordered a carport back in April 10th of 2020 and it is now September 4th 2020 and I have still not received my carport I was told at time of order allow four to six weeks it has now been six months and still nothing. I have contacted an attorney about this matter and he has documented numerous lies on the phone and missed appointments I do not recommend this company to anybody and I will be addressing this with my attorney next week.
