If I could give it minus stars I would. The beginning of Oct. 2022. I contacted Torres construction for a roofing job and they sent over a representative. Her name was Cyndil Seanz. She came over and she was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She showed up everytime we needed help with the insurance or when the adjuster was there. She went up on the roof with the adjuster. She had my mom fill out the contract and we even selected the shingle colors and everything. I received a call from the office secretary saying Dec 8 was the start date. On the 8th I text Cyndil asking about the start date since no one showed up. She said she was in the hospital but will let them know. Next day I got another message stating they would start on the 13th then another message saying they would start on the 28th.... on January 3rd I called the office and it was just a message saying they are closed due to an emergency and will open on the 23rd of January. We'll today is the 24th and still no answer. . Looks like I will have to file a police report to see if we can get our money back. Per the contract they had my mom sign we handed over the insurance check to them. 17k and they cashed it. If they would at least answer and let us know they are working on getting things fixed it would not be a problem but Miguel Torres won't even answer his phone. Don't trust these people.

Miguel Torres helped me get my insurance to pay for roof on my home. I filed a claim and the first time adjuster only paid out $87 for a leak and wall damage in my home. Miguel advises me to file a second claim and he came to my home and walked with the same insurance adjuster and got me enough to cover my new cost for my new roof. Miguel knows his business and was dependable and honest! So if you need help with insurance company paying you for what you pay for Torres construction can help. I am a true witness to their commitment! Thank You Miguel for helping me live a stress free life! It’s nice to enjoy monsoons from outside and not inside! Keep up the great work! Honest and Dependable!

Stole 16k from us. We're supposed to Start the work on my roof January 2023 but they have completely gone missing. Disconnected phones, websites and Facebook. I have filed criminal charges and I understand there is several other people they did this too in the last few months. Hoping for a resolution but unfortunately have to pay another company out of pocket

Just had our (Eagle Security, LLC) roof replaced by Torres Construction and could not be happier the work they did. Not only were they prompt but all staff was courteous and their work ethic was fantastic. All work was done within the specified time frame and they went above my expectations on the fine details. We did not have good experience at all. They didn't have our roof dryed in and rained. We had leaking throughout our home. More than original repair. Had to replace sheetrock throughout our home. Mud and texturing is poorly done. Paint and stucco don't match. What should have been 2 weeks turned out to be months. Not reliable to show up when said they would. Not happy with the work at all.

They don't do all the work for which the insurance company covers you and they want to charge you for it. The workers are very good, the owner is not. They abuse what the insurance company estimates.
