Terrible customer service. Trim team refuses to communicate with the homeowner regarding selections. Bianca the receptionist would not return phone calls or forward a request to a sales manager. We are working with a contractor to build a home. Our contractor requested we reach out to Trim team to get door and molding quotes. Juan Hernandez met with the contractor last week to solicit business however then will not entertain the business opportunity. Seems like a great business model!

I have used TrimTeam on two different occasions and their workmanship is worthy of the five stars that I have given to them. Enrique had the patience and experience to answer our questions and concerns. And I also want to praise the painter that they recommended, Javier, who also did a fine job. If you are considering doors for your home, give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

Don't bother. I called looking for side door replacement and the rude receptionist said "we don't work with the public." She practically cut me off. Maybe update your website and remove "door replacement" under services.

Enrique was a very respectful individual and took the time to explain his products in a manner that allowed my parents to trust Trim Team to do the job. The two installers were also very respectful and kept a clean environment throughout the whole process. The installation was flawless and I would definitely recommend Trim Team.

I started doing business with them a year ago. Their service is pretty good. Most of the time they're on time. Herraro has been doing a good job. I don't have to call the staff back because every-time I call in they answer all my questions on the spot. They just delivered yesterday, doors and moldings for one of my houses, very fast delivery. I say they're 9 out of 10.

Purchased a bedroom door from this company and brought my old door in so all of the hinges could be matched up. First I was informed it would take most of the day to complete (for a 10 minute job if that). Secondly, I get home with the door and none of the hinge slots match so now my door won’t fit properly. Called the company and spoke to the same sales representative (Claudia) completely unhelpful, and just says “bring it back and you can have your money back, we can fix it or I don’t know what else to tell you”. I wouldn’t take my business back here again.

I broke the glass to the sliding doors to my atrium. They replaced the sliding doors with French doors and did an excellent job. The installers were very efficient, clean, and curtious. I know we’ll definitely use them again for any future door replacements we have.
