Stay away from Jose Luis Varela, he never finished the job. He never responded my phone calls I had to call from different phones and when he answered he kept saying he would finish the job and never did. I simply gave up. Extremely unprofessional, would highly recommend to don't do business with this person.

Don't hire this contractor he had a contract with me that was suppose to be done in 3 months, and he never finish what he was paid for plus it took him 8 month to finish building part of what he was suppose to do, his workers are not reliable and incompetent just as the contractor is,
