The new owner Jordan Harris has taken good care of us. I highly recommend this company. He responds to my texts quickly and has done everything for us that he has promised. His follow up customer service is top notch!We did have a few leaks about a year or so after the roof was replaced but Jordan and his team came and replaced a small section and the leak is gone!A big thank you to Jordan and his team!

I would never use reliable roofing for my home, they do not guarantee the work. They punctured the decking with the nails from use of a nail gun, & split many places in the decking, causing leaks all over . Professionals should know if decking is weak & would easily be damaged. But they covered up their work as they roofed, & it has gradually caused severe leaks all in our attic. It wasn't noticeable on the outside, & from all the nails splitting the decking , was poor job performance. I paid $7000.00 & it's only been 15 months , since we had them to roof our home.Please beware!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Called them about in the moment roofing issue. They called back and said they would send someone out that day and got detailed instructions to my home and told me I would get a text or phone call to alert me when they were on the way. NEVER heard from them again with another big storm on the way that night. Not even so much as a sorry we can't get to you because we have bigger fish to fry. I called back twice and have not even gotten the courtesy of a return call. Worst customer service ever. And this is current as of May, 2019.
