Had a leak in bathroom that messed up wood floors along with saturated my walls. Plumber referred me to Freedom Flood and they were out here the following day. They packed up and moved everything in the areas they needed to get to, had flooring and baseboards pulled up along with walls cut out that had gotten wet all in one day. Melissa and James walked us through the whole process with insurance company as well as referred a contractor to us that they know will do a good job. After having something like this happen, the last thing you want to have to deal with is finding the right company to handle your needs. I would refer Freedom Flood to anyone in the future!! Very pleased with the work they did and how clean they kept the areas while they were working! Freedom Flood showed up during a very stressful time of our house flooding from a water pipe burst. Melissa and James were so kind. They communicated so well with us and helped walk us through the whole process of filing an insurance claim and giving us tips. We finally moved back home and they came to unload the shipping container with all our stuff today. I highly recommended Freedom Flood. Wonderful people, excellent service. While on vacation, we received word from our house sitter that we had extensive water damage to our home. We called Freedom Flood that night, and they came out promptly to access the damage and begin mitigation services immediately (we were still out of town). They provided exceptional service throughout the process. Everyone on their team is professional, very courteous, and extremely helpful and calming. They treated our home to ensure that mold growth would not happen in the future. They packed up all of our furniture and belongings with the utmost care (as if it was their own) so the construction process could begin as soon as possible. I would not hesitate to use them again, and do highly recommend! Let’s face it, having damage to your home or business can be very stressful. These are the folks you should call!
