There isn't a bad thing I could say about Hammertime. I reached out to have both my roof and my mother's inspected. Mom was in need! Charlie handled the entire process and made everything so easy for my mom. We're both very grateful for all he did and would 10 out of 10 recommend Hammertime to all our friends and family.

Had some windstorm damage back in June. Contacted Hammertime to come out and access the damage. Shane did the report and claimed they sent it to my insurance company and that we now had to wait for them to respond. its been over 2 months now and haven't heard back from them. last time we did speak they said that the insurance company had been backed up. I still see no change in the claim on my end it has been closed since. Waste of time.**** revised*** after some months allstate finally reached out and hammertime has been consistently on top of it with the follow-ups. Allstate on the other hand, have just been dragging their feet. I appreciate the communication guys. Thank you.

Very professional team…from the owner, to the people doing the work. Assisted with the insurance company until all the problems were resolved. Responded quickly to my questions and concerns. John and the team at Hammertime did an excellent job on my grandmother’s roof this past June. The roof itself is quality work. John was very attentive to her color preferences and needs. He also checked in with her frequently to keep her updated on each phase of the project. After discussing my roof replacement with several different contracting companies, I decided to go with Hammertime. I had put the repair off a bit because the last thing I wanted to do was identify who to use, coordinate with the insurance company, and ultimately coordinate the repairs. Ryan with Hammertime was great, coordinating with me to simply select what Shingle I wanted. He, and Brian the Project Manager coordinated everything from being onsite when the Insurance Adjustor came by, scheduling, installation, and the very important cleanup thereafter! Awesome job on the roof! Easy process from start to finish. John came out and explained everything. Roof was done right. They did a great job on clean up and made sure the yard and house were clean after roof completion. Will use these guys again! They also handled all the insurance and paper work. Recommended.

Hammertime did not complete the scope of work listed in our insurance claim. They damaged the satellite on the roof and broke the floodlight on the side of our house. Our back room ceiling was damaged while being installed. They did not repair the ceiling in our closet, but covered up the water-damage with bead board. Hammertime refused to send a reliable team to come back and complete the repairs properly AND KEPT THE MONEY the insurance company gave us for repairs. We had to sue them. They also added their own review to keep their rating up, (Lazy S Enterprises is another one of their companies, so they gave themselves 5 stars!) No slander or defamation here, just 100% accuracy.Service: Roof installation

So I had a tree blow over and poke a hole through my roof and tear up a number of shinglesand I was worried that my IP would send someone out and say I wasn't covered. Hammertime offered to send someone out to do the walk with the adjuster to ensure fairness. Afterwords they did an amazing job in fixing the roof good as new and even did it in a single day. Hammertime Roofing was able to get my roof approved when three Roofing companies before them had failed. Josh wouldn't take no for answer and kept after it until he was able to get an approval, I would recommend Hammertime Roofing for anyone needing anything done to your roof.

Texas storms can wreck a roof. I got a family recommendation to call HammerTime and John came out to check everything out. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured like with the typical door to door roof repair sales reps. They wanted to overcharge on my roof and I ask for an estimate on a restroom remodel and the owner wouldn’t respond at all. I would not recommend this contractor for your needs.I just received the owner’s response on this review and most of what he said was a lie, just proves my point. I guess if he would have communicated better he wouldn’t have to come on here and post a lie to try and make me look bad. There are a few other contractors that say the same things about this business.
