I was very happy with Jamco’s service. They replaced our roof and gutters and did some minor repairs inside due to roof leaks. They worked closely with our insurance company, keeping us in budget. Everything looks great, and they left the rest of the house and yard neat and clean. Getting 3 townhouse owners to agree on one roofer was no easy task. Sam was patient and worked with each individual owner and ultimately the 2 other owners and myself selectedJamco. The communication on schedule and meeting with individual window and window screen companies was flawless and easy. The crew worked dawn to dusk to complete the roof and their attention to detail, especially monitoring and constantly picking up nails in our alley and our tiny neighborhood streets was most appreciated. Sam at Jamco Roofing is amazing! We contacted this company to get an inspection report on a roof for a home we are selling, to provide to the buyer with. I was worried initially that getting a report through a roofing company would come back with a list of unnecessary updates that needed done, so that the company could make more money off of us (you know how most companies operate - all about the $$$). We knew our roof still had 10 yrs left on it, and that there were no active leaks, but we needed a report to show that. I was SO THRILLED at how honest and professional Sam and his team were! He inspected the roof the SAME DAY we called, the price was VERY reasonable for the inspection and report, and they didn't rake us over the coals with a list of unnecessary repairs. Sam was very helpful and pleasant to speak with! I will definitely be recommending this company to all of our friends and family, and will be using them for our roofing needs in the future... After the spring storms, Jamco came out and gave me a free estimate while telling me if I didn't need a roof, they would check back in a couple of years. Unfortunately, time and the recent storms had made a new roof a necessity verified by the independent insurance adjuster. Jamco walked me through the steps on replacing my roof and gutters while adding the necessary vents now required by my city. The crews for the roof and gutters were friendly and easy to work and took every precaution in protecting my patio, landscaping and pool. No upfront payment was required and I only paid after the Jamco rep inspected the roof himself and I was statisfied with all the work. Several rain storms later and the roof and gutters have had no issues. I would recommend Jamco to anyone in need of a roof replacement.

I worked with Sam Lamkin, and Jamco Roofing & Exteriors recently to repair my home following the June 6th major hail event we experienced here in Carrollton. Sam and Jamco also repaired the home next door, as well as another one just a few doors away. Jamco did a terrific job on the actual repairs, which included replacing my roofing and roof vents, gutters, garage door, 7 windows, and replacing the top and facing of my chimney. Sam worked very well with my insurance provider, and was timely with getting me the forms required by the bank and the insurance company. Unlike those other roofing companies that swarmed our neighborhood following the hail event, going door to door, walking past "No Solicitor" signs and leaving flyers on doors and car windshields, Jamco relied upon word-of-mouth advertising. Very professional, and very respectful. I will gladly use Jamco again if the future calls for it, and readily recommend Jamco to anyone in need of their services.

Jamco roofing replaced my roof as result of the June 13, 2012, hailstorm in my Irving, Texas area. The company representative who handled the details of my roof replacement was knowledgeable, sincere, and helpful. I was shown exactly what Jamco would do, when they would do it, and the full cost of what had to be done. Jamco Roofing and Exteriors workers showed up when they were scheduled. The shingles were delivered the day before the project began. The workers arrived at 6:45 am and worked tirelessly in the 106 degree Texas sun until the job was completed in one day. Workmanship was the best and I am thoroughly happy with my new roof and The Jamco Roofing and Exteriors Company.

About a week ago I had my roof replaced by Jamco, and I was really impressed with the experience. I was referred to them by a neighbor who had used them a year or two back. I started off by making an unannounced visit their office in Irving; I've read you want to make sure you are dealing with a business that has a physical address and is not somebody working out of their truck or home. Their office is nothing special, but it serves its purpose and I met a couple of employees while there. Sam was one of the employees, and he pretty much captained everything from start to finish. He helped me by explaining how to work with my insurance company on inspecting my roof (hail damage), and if they were to recommend repair or replacement, what the timeline looks like. He (Sam) came out and did his own inspection, met with the insurance adjuster when she came out, and came out a few other times when I needed him to cover paperwork, etc. As for the replacing of the roof, they used Owens Corning shingles, and were really quick and efficient. A day and a half was all it took, and the workers did a good job cleaning up around the house. I'm all around happy about my decision to use them, and I highly recommend them!

Saw the great reviews so I called them. Had a need for a fairly easy guttering job. Their quote was better by $75 from another company’s quote. Told the initial representative what was needed. Took a couple weeks for install crew to arrive. They failed to install 3 of 5 different areas of my guttering needs correctly. Took another week to arrive and fix it. They attempted to resolve only one of the failures and that wasn’t done correctly. Took another 5 days to send out a crew to correct the previous failed correction. Fixed original failed correction, but improperly completed the 2nd original incomplete install. The 3rd incomplete issue I said “leave it alone, I’m done with your attempts, I’ll do it myself.” They might do roofing well but after my experience I would say, guttering is not their strength.Update - Experienced a rain fall and the seams in the gutter at our front door leak on those coming and going from the front door. 4 of 5 areas they installed on my house had/have issues. Good thing is they offered to reduce my cost. They were willing to attempt to resolve all of the issues as best as they could.Service: Gutter installation
