Eric Gonzalez was recommended by another roofer who had done some previous work on our roof. Eric and Regions Commercial Roofing completely replaced our roof. Eric was with the insurance adjuster during the hail damage survey, pointed out important areas to note to him,then presented very clear information about the work involved, details about the company, how the claims process would work, and other details. My experience with Regions Roofing was beyond outstanding from the start to the end.we decided to choose them out of three options because they were very knowledgeable on all the different types of brand they offered . The sales rep I worked with was Leo ...amazing, he was professional and ensure everything went as planned and ensure I understood the process ,The team that installed the roof arrived on time. I highly recommend Regions if you need to replace your roof. This company is professional, thorough, and finish the job to your complete satisfaction. We had a terrible hail storm in Central TX and my roof was in bad shape. I called Regions and they responded immediately. Caleb came out, assessed the situation, took photos, and helped us work with our insurance company. Once it finally stopped raining, a crew came out and replaced our roof with a complete site clean-up afterwards. They shot drone footage at the end of the job so I could see their work in greater detail. Caleb even called me later to make certain I was happy with Regions’ work. Mr. Alberto Delgadillo made a cold call at our house to inquire about our roof, which is in a neighborhood that had sustained widespread damage from a hail storm about a month earlier (on August 1, 2021). He asked permission to conduct an inspection of the roof, and at the conclusion of the inspection he informed us that in his opinion the hail damage was sufficiently severe to warrant a complete roof replacement. This prompted me to contact our insurance company, which I had been putting off. The insurance estimator concurred with Mr. Delgadillo's finding, and within a few days the roof repair had been scheduled and then completed by Regions in a single day.Mr. Delgadillo was courteous and professional in all his dealings with us. I was surprised and pleased that the roof repair went as smoothly as it did. At our final meeting, Mr. Delgadillo took the opportunity to tell us about his company's expansion into installation of solar panels, and asked if we would like to speak with a Regions representative about the company's solar energy program. I declined this offer, but noted that Mr. Delgadillo had once again conducted himself professionally.Getting a new roof following hail damage is an inherently stressful experience, but Mr. Delgadillo did a great job of making it as painless as possible.
