After three months of research and talking to many roofing companies in the DFW area, DECRA referred us to Mr. Jonathan Shaw at SPC Construction & Roofing. He is a roofing specialist who listens, understands the needs of his clients, and provides exceptional customer service by providing the best possible options, products and service to his customers. With a full time project manager on the site and specialized metal roof installers, Jonathan still came out and checked the progress personally each day. In three days time we had a beautiful roof that drastically improved the looks and value of our property. We thank Jonathan and his crew for the professional job they did from start to finish!

Dennis, Mike, Craig are the best as are their crews. They've done two replacements roof, doors, fencing for us after previous storms. These days you'll BE hard pressed to find this level of quality and customer service in this region and from what I understand somewhat beyond. Promise.

SPC was one of 3 roofing companies my insurance company recommended for quality, honesty and results. I had 2 out to my house after and big storms.Dennis from SPC stood out for his knowledge and straightforward communication. I didn't need a new roof for another couple of years. After another storm and wind damage, Dennis and SPC came out and quickly repaired the roof and determined it was time had come to replace it. They guided me through the process and worked closely with my insurance. They had great communication and were always on time and responsive. They did a great job! This is my second time to use SPC Construction and Roofing to replace my roof due to hail damage.Dennis takes it upon himself to meet with the insurance adjuster to make sure they capture all of the damage to your home. He is able to work with other contractors to address damage to your fence, siding, gutters and any other damage that you might incur. His crew is timely and professional and their work is top notch. Dennis keeps you informed throughout the process and deals with the insurance company directly if additional items are discovered. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with SPC….. the are simply the best!!!

I don't know what SPC could have done better with regards to my insurance hailstorm claim and subsequent repairs. I am completely satisfied with the results. Darren Wells was AWESOME. He worked tirelessly with my insurance company to have them pay the appropriate amount. Terrible experience with this company. They replaced my hail damaged roof however it leaked. They refused multiple times to address thier poor quality work. I have all the emails supporting my claim. After August 2021 hail storm I contacted SPC and began working with Dennis. Even though everyone around me were getting their roofs replaced…my insurance company was very stubborn about paying for full roof replacement. I’m so thankful I had Dennis as he went way above and beyond providing more evidence to the insurance to finally get them to pay for full roof replacement. Dennis and SPC were awesome and don’t know if I could’ve had managed the insurance complexities without them. Also A1 job on roof and gutter replacements. We had to address a few gutter issues after we added a new patio cover to our home. I called SPC Construction & Roofing based on a few reviews I read on yelp. SPC is an excellent company to work with, we had a great experience working with Dennis.They came out and did an estimate in a very timely manner, the estimate was reasonable and easy to understand. They scheduled my work and showed up as planned, finished on schedule and left the work area clean and tidy. SPC Roofing was a first class operation from day one. Mike, the project manager, was outstanding. He came by the house many times to work with the insurance adjuster, help pick out shingles, and check on the crews. He immediately responded to any issues I had including changing the roof vents. The roofing crew was unbelievable. We have a steep roof and they completed the job in 3 days, cleaned everything up and went the extra mile. The gutter crew also did an outstanding job and took one day. I highly recommend SPC. I have received several compliments on how good the roof looks. Darren at SPC Construction & Roofing helped us fight our insurance company for 10 months to get a new roof due to hail damage. We were ready to give up but he counseled us that even if the insurance company denied our claim, we could continue to appeal. Once the insurance company agreed to pay, Darren helped us pick a new roof option, provided addresses in our neighborhood with the same roof option so we could see what it look like on a whole roof. Once we were ready, the roof was installed within a week of making our final choice and all the work was completed in a day. I am extremely pleased with the job done by Dennis Hudson and the SPC group on the re-roof of my home late this November. I am a senior and very hard to please, the whole process from start to finish was exceptional and done exactly as promised with no surprises or hidden costs - well planned, well done with no damage to my landscaping, and a thorough cleanup afterward. My new roof was done with class 4 impact resistant materials and will save me over $350 every year on my home owners insurance from now on, and has really improved the appearance of my home. SPC has given me the best looking roof in the neighborhood at a very fair price and I have gotten numerous compliments from my neighbors. These folks need to be on your shortlist for roofing.

Worked with Chris Hudson. He did a fantastic job all around. They communicated with my insurance provider and made it very easy. Roof was completed in less than two days from start to finish. Chris was there to do final inspection and made sure everything was clean. The roof and gutters look better than the original (only 2 years old). This is the second time I've used SPC, used at an old house, and I'd highly recommend them.
