I recently had my roof replaced by Adams Family Roofing. They did my entire 3,000 square-foot house in eight hours! Impressed is an understatement! Their work is beautiful! Adams Family knows what they’re doing.They came out multiple times to help me understand what the process was going to look like whether we paid out of pocket or filed an insurance claim. Once the contract was signed, I was expecting to wait two weeks; only had to wait two days! I have to say. This company is outstanding. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excellent work from start to finish. They were on time and professional during the entire roofing process. My roof was in disarray and they were able to fix it and more. I tried to get other companies to come out to fix/replace my roof. The other companies just blew me off and never returned my calls. Friendly, "bend over backwards," customer service, and quality work. I've heard all the horror stories about roof repair/installation services. And so, was very nervous about who to pick after a tornado tore our town apart. I called 4 different companies, and John was the first to call me back, actually an hour later ( the other companies never called back or called literally after John had finished my roof, lol). John went way out of his way to make me happy, and even saved me money on gutters, and knew how to make my insurance pay what is owed.
