I can not say enough about the responsiveness of this company. I had a very short deadline and not only did they come through for me, but they did an excellent job at what I consider a more than fair price. They took great pains not to damage my plants which run along the perimeter of my roofline and did a marvelous job of cleaning up after themselves. The crew was very polite and answered all my questions. And Leonardo was especially patient and responsive. I will be using them again for our adjacent workshop building. Can't say enough good things about Cody from Top notch and his crew. From my first contact reaching out to him to give me an estimate on a small repair. He came out in a timely fashion, said he could do the small repair but that we actually had hail damage from a storm that had happened about 2 weeks prior. Cody assisted me in filing a claim with my insurance. Cody met with myself and the adjuster when he came out. Cody was correct about the damages, and insurance approved our claim. Cody worked with us finding the correct color of shingles.When it came time for the job, his crew showed up and went to work immediately. They were very efficient and finding damage to the decking and some of our joist replaced the damaged as the well as split/broken pieces. His superintendent stopped by after we got home to make sure we didn't have any questions and we were happy with the job. Wow, what a terrific experience we had with this roofing company, from start to finish! They were so attentive to our needs, going above and beyond to make sure they did the best job that could possibly be done. We had a flaw in the design of our roof that had resulted in improper drainage and a rotten section of the wood underneath. They fixed this perfectly, and they also took it upon themselves to put flashing between the house roof and a porch roof we were having installed at the time. This was the responsibility of the porch builder, but Top Notch wanted to ensure it was done to their standards. There was no extra charge for this; they just cared about the quality of the roof they were installing and didn't want to leave this part to someone else. After the first rain, they checked in to make sure that the former problem section was draining properly and all was well. Wow! After the storm the came and did some repairs. They showed up when they said they would, Which shouldn’t be a big deal... but being that the other two companies didn’t seem to have the time of day to Honor of the appointment they set. Top Notch showed up and exceeded all my expectations. They are very knowledgeable friendly and reasonably priced. They got the job done on time, within budget, and left my yard better than it was before.
