I’ll admit that I was unsure about using Spartan due to recommendations from friends and neighbors for using other local companies. Sales Professional, Siera Wood answered all of my questions and stayed with the process from beginning to end. The roofing crew was totally expert finishing my home and shed in one day. These guys don’t stand around- they were constantly working without a lot of chatter! The entire process, including gutter installation, was very smooth.

Courtney came out and inspected my roof after a hail storm earlier this year. She was able to get me financed with a monthly payment I could afford. I was impressed by how she handled everything, and how fast the crew was able to complete my roof. She even took time to fluff my artificial flowers in my flower bed once the crew left.

I needed an inspection earlier this year from a hail storm and I called Siera. She worked with my hectic work schedule and even came out on a Saturday. She was polite, helpful and showed me pictures of my roof system. Luckily, I was informed my roof didn't have any damages I needed to worry about. In June of 2023, a 100+ year old oak tree in my front yard fell on my house. It left several holes in my roof, broke two windows, damaged some siding and obliterated my front deck. We reached out to our realtor, Meika Latimer, who put us in contact with Courtney Gonzales at Spartan Exteriors. Courtney came out the next morning to inspect the damage, and tarp the roof, and discussed a plan for repairs with my wife and I while we worked with the insurance company. It took roughly a month to get insurance to do their job, so with that in consideration, repairs were started in as timely a fashion as possible. Despite several hiccups related to materials and a subcontractor brought in to do the tear down and rebuild of the deck (objectively not Spartan's fault), ultimately we are satisfied with the work completed. I cannot stress enough how impressed we are specifically with Courtney, due to her professionalism, knowledge, patience, and especially her ability to empathize with our situation. Throughout the entire process, Courtney was on top of her game, maintaining constant communication with us about repairs or delays, answering any and all questions, and rectifying any issues along the way. In conclusion, if you are considering Spartan Exteriors, know that they are very customer oriented, and will ensure that the job is completed to your satisfaction.

We had a leak(back in October)that came through my kids roof, bubbled the paint, I was in panic mode so I reached out to a Facebook group looking for someone to help me, I had no clue what could be done, Spartan was suggested I injured and Siera Wood, from Spartan reached out to me offering to come and look at the damage and even trap it. She did just that, and told me that if I had any issues to let her know and she would come back out, and fix whatever it was until the insurance company figured out what would be done. Fast forward to Christmas Eve, we had another leak so I reached out to Siera again, she came and inspected the new leak and we talked, and decided it would be best to get a new roof as ours was pretty bad and the wood under was rotting also. We got the application going and we're set up with a date for our new roof to be put on. We are so excited to not have to worry about a leaking roof. Siera Wood also checked in with us during this time to make sure that all of our questions were answered to our understanding. Thank you Siera for all that you did to ease our minds .I will most definitely recommend Spartan Exteriors to anyone. 1000%
