We were in need of completely new roof. We contacted several roofing companies, but only one stood out. That was Approved Roofing. Larry Trotter with Approved Roofing did a fantastic job in every aspect. Attention to detail and his willingness to explain any part of the job along the way was appreciated. They covered up any plants, or other items that could be damaged from falling roof as well as covering the pool to prevent debris from falling in. There is a sense of trust and personal touch that comes with Larry Trotter that makes the entire process easier to navigate. Got in contact with a couple different companies, they all said they would get back with me, two did, but only one quoted me for everything I asked for, and that my friends was Approved Roofing. Quote was a little on the high side, but you get what you pay for. The workers did a phenomenal job!Got the flashing around the chimney, and two valleys fixed. They also replaced some plumbing vent pipes that squirrels got to.Overall satisfied with the work, the warranty and the time it took the work to get completed.Thank you Approved Roofing for a job well done!

Dealing with Larry Trotter at Approved Roofing was as hassle-free as it could be. We had our roof replaced with Approved Roofing. Larry Trotter, the owner, was very professional, responsive and very nice. He explained the whole process from beginning to end. If I didn't understand, he didn't have a problem explaining again. He made time to come out and meet the adjuster. He stayed in touch with me during the process and checked when it was over. That is good service. I would recommend this company.

I was referred to Larry from a friend a few years ago, to fix a leak. When it came time to replace my roof, I did not shop around. I went straight to Larry. I had an idea of the cost for a new roof and he was actually well under my expected cost, so I upgraded to a high quality shingle. When I needed roof repair, I asked an old friend if he would recommend the company that replaced his roof last year. Without hesitation, my friend gave me the phone number of Larry Trotter at Approved Roofing. Larry set an appointment that very afternoon to come over and inspect my roof. At that first meeting, Larry took pictures and explained to me the exact damage that had occurred to my roof from last spring's storms. He told me step-by-step what I needed to do regarding contacting my insurance company. The following week, Larry coordinated a meeting with my insurance adjuster and they met at my house to inspect the damage. The following week, at the break of dawn, Larry and his roofing crew were pulling off the old shingles and hammering on the new. By late afternoon, I was taking pictures of my new roof in a golden sunset. It wasn't necessary but Larry sent his crew out the following day to go over the yard and make sure all debris was removed - it was pristine. I highly recommend Approved Roofing for several reasons: honesty, integrity, quality, but most of all - down home friendliness. Larry Trotter is a stand up gentleman and I am truly glad to have met him. Larry Trotter inspected our roof which was very old at the time. He didn't give us any false hope. He is very honest. Our insurance company decided to honor our claim even though our roof was just very aged to begin with. Larry jumped in and helped us get the most for our money. He not only replaced shingles, but also some of the roof decking underneath in a few spots where ponding had become an issue over time. He added some turtle vents, and made sure everything was a blended color that looked great. The whole thing was done within a few days and the guys cleaned up and left the place looking great.The thing I appreciated most was how honest Larry was with us through the whole process. Although this was a small repair job Approved Roofing treated it with the same consideration as if it were a large, whole house redo. We had roof damage from a hailstorm. Larry,the owner of the company, and an appraiser from our insurance company inspected it together. The entire roof needed replaced. Approved roofing crew came to work and before replacement some repairs were needed to the wood. Larry did suggest some vents in different areas, and I must say it has worked very well. After the job was completed the crew clean the yard and driveway completely. We are so blessed to have gotten Mr. Larry's contact info years ago. He has been our go to everytime we need roof repairs from storms, high winds, etc. We have been using him for 10 plus years. He is honest and isn't out to get your money. I've been in my home for 21 years, with the same roof, and not once has he ever tried to pressure me into replacing our entire roof. We have asked multiple times and he is always honest with us in saying oh I think y'all can make it longer without replacing. There have been NUMEROUS businesses that knock on my door and try to scare tactic me that we need to replace our entire roof.
