Upstairs air went out yesterday 78 when the unit was calling for 70.... Something wasn't right! Called Copeland and they gave me a couple options. They were more than willing to come out immediately last night or today! Their willingness to offer after hours was refreshing! Our upstairs unit cools the teenagers-so we elected for next day! John was prompt as promised and Immediately discovered the issue. Easy fix! Friendly professional and above and beyond. Thank you

Wow!!! What an amazing experience. From the FREE home diagnostic (unheard of), the no pressure repair or replacement. Thank you Brandon and John. I decided on a complete 2 new Daikin units with furnaces and dampers and so many more options. The amazing crew came out a few days later (John, Luis, Chris, and Brian). Worked through lunch and had my home working smoothly by 3pm. The wonderful owners brought me my paperwork. John, Bryant, Chris, Sam, Mario, and Alex did a great job installing my new AC and cleaning the ducts. Replacing our old worm out AC was a big purchase for my family, but with the warranty and service packages from Copeland Home Services made my decision an easier one. I had a consultation and the team was at my house installing a new unit the next day. Quality of work was top notch, the people working kept me updated every step of the way and was hustling to get it done so we could have cooling. Brandon Long was who sold me first though. He shot me straight and answered all my questions and offered services and solutions to help ease my mind. A stand up guy and much appreciated honesty from him. Caleb came out on a rainy wet Saturday afternoon to do our pre-summer system check. We wanted to ensure that our system was in good shape before the summer heat. He was courteous, friendly and detailed in his explanations and recommendations. He wore booties, took videos and photos to show us the status of inside the vents and unit...even changed our filters for us...very thorough and professional service. We will definitely use Copeland Home Services again in the future for AC and Plumbing.

These guys are excellent! We needed an electric outlet install in the garage and the two Brandon's and Eric were a massive help. Professional, friendly and efficient - we liked them so much, we signed a yearly plan with the company for upkeep/maintenance on the house's water heater and duct work. They also helped us install a surge protector. Highly recommended!

If you need a new AC/heating system or repair, I highly recommend Copeland Home Services. From the bid to the install, these guys were true professionals. They worked with us to find a fit for our budget and a payment plan we could afford. The install was smooth and well-done. Alex and his crew were awesome and didn’t leave a single mess behind anywhere. Were very polite and respectful, and they stayed until everything was done and tested. (Finished at 10 pm). I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

I saw 4 different air conditioner technicians they were all 4 extremely polite and respect, they were also very professional. They were on time as well I would refer anyone to Copeland home services! They are amazing! I got a whole new ac unit they had it done in about 2 hours. I saw Brandon and John yesterday came out for the service call and then the other 2 guys that came out to install the new unit I’m sorry but I don’t remember their names. But they were all amazing!

Brandon and John came out to diagnose my AC unit that had suddenly stopped cooling. It was a very quick and easy fix (at least they made it seem that way) and they were so friendly. They explained what was wrong and how they fixed it. I trusted them completely; they made me feel like they were really wanting to help me. I’m so appreciative that I will not have to go through a Texas summer without my central AC! Plus, I got to teach them a little about our family pets too! We all shared some knowledge today. I will DEFINITELY call them again if we have any problems with the AC/heater in the future. Thank you, Brandon and John!

Had Brandon and Zach came today for routine inspection for Spring. They were both very good at what they do. So Monday they are coming to replace/repair our vents. I am excited about getting this work done.Update: had Chris and Samuel come and do the work replaced all the ductwork in attic (because of squirrels) and put new vents throughout the house. They did a great job.

Bryant came out to check our mini-split unit. It had acted up, but of course, worked fine when he came. He still checked everything out and gave us lots of very useful information about the unit.
