A5 Roofing just completed putting a new roof on our home. I would recommend A5 Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof. The entire process from start with insurance adjustor to completion of roof installation was handled by A5. A homeowner cannot get the best results trying to do a roof claim by themselves working direct with their homeowner insurance company. It takes a professional company to handle a roof claim with the insurance company.We had the privilege meeting A5 Owners David and Jacqueline Taggart. It was great to meet both of them. Their focus of "Customer Building Relationships" is 100%+ of their goal and what they achieve. Senior Project Manager, Garrett Tope, supervised our roof claim. He is also focused on "Customer Building Relationships" and did an excellent job communicating and overseeing our roof project.A5 was recommended to us. Hello, I just wanted to leave a positive review as David Fowler just completed a job for us. My roof was leaking due to the recent storm in Dallas a few days ago and he came out 4 days later and didn’t leave until the job was completed. He was very detailed, patient and knowledgeable. He said what he would be doing from start to finish. I also learned a lot about how the leak became so. I think he deserves a raise he’s very good at what he does! My roof is fixed and I’m very happy!

I would recommend A5 Roofing 100% to any body. They were very helpfully after my Farmer's Insurance co. wouldn't pay my claim. They kept their price reasonable after I had to pay out of my own and did a really good professional job. I don't know about their roofing, but their business practices of telemarketing to people after a storm regardless of their status on the Do Not Call list is illegal. I wouldn't trust my roof to storm-chasers.Edit: (to respond to the owners)1. The review, as stated, is of your business practices.2. You misunderstand the Do Not Call list. I have registered my number on the National and State (Texas) Do Not Call lists, which means it's illegal for you to call my cell phone if we don't have established business dealings, which you confirmed we don't. It is YOUR responsibility to check the lists and to not telemarket to those on the lists.3. You called me the Monday morning at 11:36am, from a 903 area code, after a hail storm in our area, trying to get my business.

Love, love, love!! I've had 4 different roofers work on my roof in the last 10 yrs and they were all horrible before these guys came out and they did an amazing job. Ive had prior roofers over charge, leave all the old material and trash in my yard, scam me, the last group put a brand new roof on that leaked for years...A5 Roofing from the start stood out. They handled everything with my insurance company even getting them to pay for better materials for my roof then it had before. They came out, worked fast and efficiently. Their crew was polite and got along with eachothers making the atmosphere while they were here, a pleasant experience. Ive never seen a crew work so fast i even joked with them, do yall get paid by the job versus the hour :) then they removed all debris and even brought out a metal detector to pick up any missed metal or screws. They went above and beyond. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!!PS David, the owner (very friendly, upstanding guy) even helped me find reliable people, like a plumber when I had a pipe burst and carpenter to give me an estimate for a new porch project in the future ❤ I've been screwed over so many times with anything to do with construction prior to meeting David and A5 Roofing that this was such a refreshing change, more companies should be like this!
