Flatbed delivery. 5* if I could give more I would. Incredibly nice staff this morning even though they had many trucks they were busting them out quickly I was the 3rd truck to be unloaded and I unstrapped and was unloaded in 26 minutes. They opened at exactly 7 am to check in.

ABC is a good company except for this one thing that happened. I called about a siding product, I asked if the have it in stock. I was told that they have it. So I drove for 45 mins. when I got there, I was told that they only do special order for siding. The don't even have samples. What a waste of time and diesel.

They have 0 Rush, I spend 30-60 minutes waiting for materials! Just for a box of nails or a stupid sq of shingles! With only 1 or 2 trucks ahead of me! Tf y’all taking so long!

This place sucks, they have no consideration with drivers delivering their product, Manager Rudy is just like his name RUDE as hell!They open at 7:00am unload their trucks first and then take care of other trucks, no matter if they sitting there overnight! definitely terrible place to deliver product.

The employee that helped me couldn't even give me a best guess on a shingle age much less help me find the right shingle to complete the repair. The individual acted like I was bothering him...that just didn't seem right. Poor customer service. He went to his manager and they also couldn't even give me a best guess on age. If you want a good deal on product go to lowes or home depot. On Average they save me $1,000.00 - $1,700.00 per order.

This location is my primary location. As a premier roofing contractor in DFW, we need lots of materials and we need them when we need them. This place is very accommodating and I highly recommend Jack Spoden if you have a choice in your sales rep.

Mediocre place at best to get materials. Sometimes the assistants in the front could use better customer service. A lady up front had to scold two guys over the walkie talkies to quit arguing while I was in there today. Not a very professional place . I have been to several other ABC Supply Companies and they are significantly more helpful than this one. The supply guys in the back on the dock are always good, but that's about it.

I've been to all the ABC supply, in the DFW area and by far this location takes my lowest score, front desk people not efficient, no initiative to resolve issues that come up, at times they simply ignore you... Overall, from my experience here, i'll rather try the Dallas location before i try this location again.

Can normally find what i need to fix my roofs here and for 90% of the time im fully satisfied but today i went in for a 3 tab shingle and although the color matched i was given a diminsional shingle and didnt notice til i got to the job. Luckily it was in a spot no one will ever be able to notice and we got the job done before the rain hit but in all seriousness out of both locations i go to. The ladies always get the color and the orders correct. Other than that i normally never have issues with ABC.

Brenda , u should kiiss sum backside and be grateful u got a job , remember if you don't make your boss money why would they want you ! They are not there for their health ! If u want to succeed at any job u most do more than your co worker or they will excel and not you !! Abc bent over backwards for me at 4:45 pm and I didn't spend a dime with them that day , they earned my business on that 50 sq job !!!Thank you ABC !!!

Came here to unload and was told to get in line. Drivers ahead of me say they load their trucks and customers before unloading trucks.WILL NOT DELIVER HERE AGAIN.NO RESPECT FOR TRUCKERS!!!!
