We have used Advanced Roofing twice and both times Ken and his crew were very professional. They were very respectful and friendly not only to us but our pets as well. The work was completed on schedule and the cleanup was exceptional. Upon completion Ken came out to ensure we were satisfied with the work and answered all our questions about the work. We will definitely use them for a third time if needed.

Being first time house owner, this was the first time roof change after the hail storm. Ken from advanced roofing was super helpful- he walked us thru the process and dealt with our insurance too (right from being present with the adjuster, talking with the insurance to getting the money released) . The roof change was quick - they were in and out in few hours (compared to others in the community who took almost the entire day).We had solar panels on the roof - they took care of removing the solar panels and installing them back after the new roof was installed.The entire process - roof, gutters, solar panels, window panels was hassle free. I didn’t once have any issues.

Advanced Roofing went above and beyond when I needed to get my roof replaced from storm damage. From the roof inspection to working with the insurance company everything was done professionally and quickly. Mr. Cable walked me through each and every step of the way and answered every question I had. The work crew that came out were very polite and made sure that all the debris was kept neat and clean. Nothing was left behind. The new roof and gutters look amazing. I can’t recommend Advanced Roofing enough. I contacted Advanced Roofing after a bad hailstorm June, 2023. Kenny looked at my roof and found damage I didn’t even notice. He met with the insurance adjuster and made sure all the damage was covered, including gutters and garage door. The crew’s attention to detail and workmanship was impressive compared to the roofing companies working on my neighbor’s houses. Could not have asked for a better experience. We had a major hailstorm come through our neighborhood. I had no idea what to do next? Ken with Advanced Roofing came out and did an inspection. He was so professional, he should me all the damage and explained the whole process of filing the claim. After that he took care of the rest. We couldn't even tell they where ever here! Ken even came out after it was all done just to run his magnet around the yard one more time checking for nails and to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Ken work with for over a year repeatedly rebidding the job as during covid lumber prices spiked putting job above my budget. Finally costs came down to fit budget. His crew should up early an worked a long day to strip layers of shingles an cedar shake. Then put on the new roof in same day. Completed thural cleanup before leaving.
