I've worked with Roger and then Sean for a few years repairing minor wind damage on our house in the Chapel Creek Area of West Fort Worth. Bass Roofing has always done the job right and for a good price.A 90+ wind ripped multiple deck pieces off on 8 September and exposed my house to major flooding.Sean was there next day inspecting and estimating a temp covering then back again on a Sunday with a crew to install temporary decking and tyvek covering that withstood hail 2 weeks or so later.Sean put some temporary tyvek coverings on some neighbor's rooftops to keep them dry, and those withstood the next major storm and a big rain dump after that. That is testimony to the quality and workmanship as well as Sean's community spirit.That was not all, though, as Sean discovered that my deck boards were stapled and not nailed (common in the 90's construction) and recommended the fix. He gave me a good price on the re-nailing of the entire roof and gave me a good price for Class 4 shingles. Once the job was finished, Sean promptly sent a pdf certificate to upload to my insurer.Sean and Bass Roofing treated myself and my neighbors as one of their own. I, for one, am extremely grateful that Bass Roofing has helped me get a great start on our restoration journey.

We had to get a roof replaced after ours was damaged during a wind storm. Keith Kellar, at Bass, was quick to come and do an emergency fix, while we waited on the insurance adjustment. When their crew came out to do the repairs, they were in and out in one day. I have never seen a roofing crew leave an area as clean as this crew did. They were fabulous. Extremely professional and very personable. I recommend anyone that needs to replace their roof use Bass Roofing. Our insurance denied our initial claim, after we received hail damage, but Bass fought for our claim. In the end, insurance paid for our new roof, new window screens and even had our fence re-stained. Couldn't be more pleased with how we were taken care of.

Bass roofing did an excellent job on my house … Spencer came and went over everything in detail and broke down every like item and the original price the insurance wanted to pay was way less than what was needed… they took pics and measured sent the supplemental items in and fought to get me every penny to replace it with a brand new roof, drip edge, gutters downspouts and even all the hail damage to the privacy fence was repaired and all looks better than it did new. I even paid extra to have all the unnecessary vents the builder installed replaced with new decking and added ridge vent. I also upgraded to the 3D ridge…. They made sure all trash, nails and debris was picked up not only from my house but whatever went over fence into the neighbors yard. House looks amazing now. Thank you Bass Roofing.

I have worked with Sean over the past 2 years on getting a new roof for our 100 year old home. The roof was 30 plus years old and I was worried that insurance would never cover a replacement due to ‘normal wear and tear with age.’ But Sean came out several times and inspected the roof. He would take detailed pictures and notes of the condition of the roof and put everything in a file specifically for my property. I want to give a big shout out to Bass Roofing & Restoration. Finally after two other companies were unable to fix our roof leak this company actually diagnosed and repaired the issue, and were able to match our shingles. Pat Mundy and Spencer West were both extremely professional and knowledgeable explaining everything and showing us photos as this small project (but large to us) progressed. The crew were respectful of us and our property, they cleaned up all the debris from the repair work, it was overall a wonderful experience from to to bottom, I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Bass Roofing. Spencer West was absolutely awesome!! The service he provided was second to none. He was extremely attentive, respectful, punctual, communicated thoroughly did everything he said he would do and took care of any concerns for us. He even went so far as to patch issues that were caused by the builder BEFORE Bass replaced our roof. He watched over the entire roof replacement the whole time, protected my flower beds and scoured the yard afterward to make sure everything was clean and safe. Bass Roofing was Great after the recent hailstorm, hit our house Sean was AWESOME, He came in and personally met with the INS estimator & got our ins. to cover all the damage. It was more then INS wanted to pay but was completely fair. Ins was being cheap as they all are. ( Ins is such a racket pay all that money for years and when you finally need help they want to only do the bare minimum.) Anyway Thanks to Sean we got our roof done in one day after materials were delivered. The ins covered the other items that probably would have been out of pocket for us if it hadn't been for Sean!! Then he kept us informed the whole time about the process and next steps all along the way. When there was an unexpected delay on our shingles due to the supply crises he reached out all the time to keep us informed of what was going on. Really can't say enough about Sean and his customer service/professionalism!!! I mean even after the job was done he personally came over to our property multiple times to make sure we were happy and that things were done right. The Crew was on time and just as professional as Sean, a real rarity in this day and age. Sean is a consulate professional and a total nice guy to boot. We were very happy with Bass Roofing and especially Sean's customer service. He made what could have been a real horror show with a hail damaged roof a great company to go with.
