I requested roofing services form Blue Eagle. The rep was responsive and straight forth and allowed me to decide on options (no pressure). He was courteous and very competent honest and open. The job was done as scheduled and clean up was complete. There was no loose nails or waste shingles lying around. They handled the interaction with my insurance company so there was no hassle or fuss; I had no worries. My warranty was transferable, and I got the roof I wanted. Blue eagle are snakes they will collect all the insurance money and not do a quarter of the work. They keep your depreciation money that is rightfully yours along with your deductible. Then Dale Colvin the owner keeps sub contractos money for doing the job. He we let him do our roof and he kept 43,000 dollars and only did the roof and put a couple of extra feet of gutters up. That cost 43,000 dollars ? I think not it's a scam.

Blue Eagle came out and performed an initial inspection and worked around my crazy schedule. Took photos and helped through the entire insurance process. Also answered all of my questions in detail so I could understand everything. I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and quick clean up. They finished in one day and inspected all of the work afterwards to make sure I was satisfied.. I would, and will give a good word to anyone looking for thier service's.

Worst experience ever. My house flooded due to freezing pipes I was never given an estimate they said they will handle it with my insurance company. When trying to collect they payment they send two ladies to my property knocking like crazy on my door doorbell and windows. They were cursing at me in Spanish and even dared to push the door when I asked them to leave. it was 8.30 pm I had to call the police and have a restraining order against them.
