We love love Century Roofing! They made all the difference in having our new roof come to fruition. Days before Century Roofing came to our door, the insurance had already denied our claim on our huge roof based on a drone inspection only. Thankfully these guys guided me on requesting a live inspection and helped me with the next important steps that made all the difference. They took notes, made phone calls, followed up and showed up every time on time. Our roof was approved with no problem at all at that point but it was truly thanks to these guys. I contacted Century after our neighbor had a roof installed by them. I'd chatted with them at that point and was surprised how down to earth and not at all salesy they were. They're very matter of fact and helpful so I remembered their company easily.After a lot of rain this year and our roof vent flying off in a storm, I heard dripping inside our walls/ceiling and was really worried. I called and they were able to get someone out within a few hours. Chris came out, did an inspection and told me there was a hole where the vent was in which it was wide open to rain & elements, which explains the dripping sound. I called my insurance company and set up an appt for an adjuster to come out.Upon Chris leaving after that initial inspection, he said he would come back the next day and tarp over the hole in case we get any more rain. He did exactly as he said he would and texted when he was on his way. I was really impressed and grateful for him doing what he said he would, even without knowing we would be approved for them to do the roof for us.Once the adjuster came out, Chris came out right on time to be there as they looked everything over. Luckily we were approved! I asked a few questions and mentioned our gutters to which he inspected, took some pictures, and sent it to our adjuster as well and those were approved for replacement as well. The extra time and work to get that done was a bit of the extra mile to me. He kept in touch and everything was so smooth and easy. He also sent me pictures of houses they'd done with different shingle colors offered to help me choose. I'm over analytical and it made it so much easier to decide! (we went with black shadow to bring out the black streaks in our brick)Once roofing day came, he prefaced me on what to expect and came out mid-day to check on things. The next day, another one of his colleagues came out to do the same, take pictures, and clean up any residual from the roofers and took a high powered magnet around our yard to pick up any loose nails that weren't caught initially.From start to finish Chris was incredibly down to earth, answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and very responsive to emails, texts and calls. Our roof is beautiful and I don't have to worry about rain or a damaged roof anymore. If you find yourself in need of roof repairs, Century Roofing is a superior choice. Century Roofing replaced several roofs in my neighborhood. The work impressed me. So, when it came time for my roof to be replaced, I contacted them. They were quick to respond and helped me through the entire process: dealing with insurance claim and adjuster; selecting roof material; selecting gutters. Their installation crews were fantastic, friendly and responsive to questions or concerns. It rained a couple of afternoons during the repairs and they knew exactly what to do to keep us dry. I think my roof is better than when it was first installed. Called Eddie for a roof inspection. He sent Seth to our home the next morning. The inspection literally only took 5 minutes. Seth went above and beyond to help patch the roof where the most recent rain storm damaged it. I’m forever grateful for that! That to me is such a blessing. These guys don’t do it for the money. When we decided to install solar panels, we were advised that we would need to have our roof repaired first due to hail damage. Kenny worked with our insurance company to ensure the process went as smooth as possible. Once our insurance company approved a brand new roof, Kenny again worked with us closely to pick out the new shingles as well as scheduling. The crew arrived on our repair day on time and were very courteous and clean. We had hail damage to our roof and used Century Roofing to replace it. Chris was our representative from the company. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He kept in contact with me throughout the installation and answered every time I texted or called right away. He was able to explain the different roof tiles so that I was able to pick out a strong tile and the color I wanted. The workers that did the installation were hard working, polite young men. They did a quality job and worked a long hard day to get the job done. After our roof was installed a quality control rep came out and flew a drone over our roof to check the work again. I originally had Michael with Century Roofing repair a leak from the bad ice storm that we had last winter (2020). The service and repair was as prompt, clean, and seamless. I couldn’t be happier (the price was good too!). Fast forward a few months to the spring time and we got hammered with hail! My roof, fence, gutters, cars...everything outside got destroyed. I called Michael again, he came over right away, filed my claim for me, handled the insurance co, the adjuster, and fixed everything to be better than what I had. I was worried about my wife’s flower beds, our Koi pond, and left over nails in the yard that my kids might find later. They protected everything very well and cleaned up flawlessly. They were even able to fix the damaged fencing. We upgraded to a class 4 roof and its been several months since the work has been completed. I love our new roof and couldn’t be happier with Century roof. While they fixed the fence we paid a little extra and had them stain all my fencing too. I hope I don’t need to call them again, but if something bad enough happens, I will call them right away. I can’t recommend Michael and Century Roofing enough. When we noticed that several neighbors had their roofs replaced in the last couple of months, my first thought was that perhaps there had been a hail event of which we were unaware. My neighbor gave me the name of the roofer he used, Century Roofing, and said they were great and did a wonderful job.  We researched and found they have a 5 star rating and great reviews. I called Century Roofing and spoke to Jessica, who was personable and professional. She said Seth could be over within the hour to do a free inspection. When Seth arrived (what a polite and knowledgeable individual) I fully expected to hear that we needed a new roof. After the inspection he said our roof was still in good shape and might not have to be replaced for years, barring future hail and wind damage of course. I was pleasantly surprised (actually shocked) by such honesty. I assured both Seth and Jessica that when it comes time to replace our roof, we'll definitely be calling Century Roofing to do the job.Honesty, professionalism and quality... what a great combination!

Century Roofing replaced my roof and gutters recently. The roofing work consisted of composition shingle for the majority and some metal roofing for 2 large round turrets. They worked directly with the insurance adjuster to make certain everything that needed to be replaced was included. The work was completed quickly and the crews were very courteous and professional. Anything that was not to my satisfaction was quickly addressed. Elias stayed with the job and answered my many questions thoroughly. He offered several useful suggestions on improvements and helped to get those completed. I believe my roof is better now than when it was brand new! My wife and I were noticing our AC running overtime and our electric bill going through the roof so we decided to Reach out to some experts and Century Roofing was recommended to my wife and I through a family friend. Eddie immediately responded and came out to address the issue. Long story short we bought our house a year ago and found out it had absolutely no insulation in the roof, leaking vents and hail damage on our roof which all contributed to the issue. Eddie and his crew took care of everything getting insurance involved and walking me through everything step by step. We did run into some hiccups along the way but Eddie even responded to me at midnight and immediately fixed the issues the next day. These guys are incredibly professional and reliable! Our electric bill is already half and still going down! Incredibly happy we used Century Roofing and Eddies team and I'm glad I got this taken care of before dead winter hits.
