Excellent quality work. I was very impressed JP and work crew came to install my champion windows. They did a beautiful job. I am extremely happy with the results. My home is an older home and now looks amazing plus so excited to have a low electric bill. I highly recommend Champion. They are the best hands down!

I called in to have my broken glass unit replaced (covered under a lifetime warranty). They told me it would be 60 - 90 days before they contact me to schedule the service call. The only way to contact them is through the automated system that only connects with a call center. I called them back to express my dissatisfaction with the estimated response time. Could only speak to the very same people at the call center that are essentially reading a script and could care less. Very frustrating. They did end up calling me back to schedule a service call in 2 weeks. It remains to be seen how long I will have to wait for the glass and the trip back out to replace. This is the problem with a national company I guess. Next time I will buy local.

Just had a very pleasant and informative estimate, presentation, and visit with Patrick from Champion about screening in our back porch. I liked that he was respectful of my house (asked if he needed to remove his shoes), and he was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. It was very helpful to actually see and touch the product and to see real pictures of work they had done. We’re very impressed with the lifetime warranty. We are going to say YES to this company!

Benita Roberts was very friendly and informative, she made sure my wife and I understood everything and answered all of our questions. When she showed us the window comparisons it was unbelievable how much the temperature changed compared to big box store windows. She made sure that we were happy with choice of windows and even modified the way we wanted to change up a few window choices. I highly recommend Benita Roberts with Champion windows, if you're interested in replacing your current windows call Champion and ask for Benita Roberts to come and assist you with your window needs, you won't be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our experience with Alfredo and his partner. They are were very personable and Alfredo explained everything in detail. We didn’t feel pressured, but we’re definitely reassured that making the decision to use this company was the best thing we could do for our home. We had planned on just getting an estimate for 6 months from now, but he found a way for us to move forward with the installation immediately! I can’t wait to have them in our home! The models looked awesome and super easy to clean, plus it was amazing to see how much heat they keep out of your house! We were very impressed!

I enjoyed the presentation that Mrs Roberts, presented to me and Fiance. Mrs Robert was very detailed in her presentation. I had several other window companies out and Champion hands down earned my business, the other companies were not even close to earning my business. Champion even sent a manager out to sit in on the presentation and help with working out with the contract. Que, you are also good at what you do. I appreciate the both of you, and I'm looking forward to working with Champion to see my window replacement project to the end. Hands down you all came in first out of six companies

Champion siding does not stay on the house. Installed 8 years ago and we've had to snap pieces back on constantly and now the entire back of our house is falling off. Called Champion and going to be 60 - 90 days to get out here. We'll be fined by our HOA by then and Champion charges $119 trip charge to come out here. Do not use them for siding. Great for windows but not siding.

Excellent work. When the windows were ordered, I was informed of the delivery times which were accurate to within about a week. Scheduling was straightforward and installation was quick, efficient and clean. One window was broken during shipment and I was informed of expected arrival time for the replacement. When it arrived, installation was again scheduled and completed as promised. Great work and good looking windows!

Ordered $40,000 of windows. They dropped a pane during installation, which was no big deal. They then proceeded to send the wrong replacement piece FOUR TIMES. Four days off work, and a six week wait between repair attempts.I'm so sorry I'm chose this company.

On Saturday, July 8, 2023, representative Mr. Martin Estrada from Champion Windows and Exterior arrived at our home for a presentation of his business and for a quote enclosing a patio. Mr. Estrada was a true professional, very knowledgeable, informative, courteous, and friendly. My wife and I never felt pressured or confused. His presentation and quote was fully explained and easy to understand. I was impressed with his presentation and the excellent quality the company's product. Martin made it very easy for my wife and I to make a wise and positive decision. Champion build a substandard patio room at my home. When it began failing shortly after it was installed, they had all sorts of excuses, but no solutions. Their final recommendation was to have the room removed and rebuilt at my expense. They could not even recommend third-party’s to help me. Luckily, I was able to find a quality contractor to repair the room, which was possible, despite Champion‘s assessment. in removing the damaged pieces we find that too of the supports aren’t even touching the ground and the center support for the floor is not in the center of the room. Their internal and external customer service communication is horrible or nonexistent. Do not do business with this company.Update 10/25I called the number listed in the response to my original complaint. It is a local number. However, these calls are rerouted to the national customer service line. My call was returned from an associate in Pennsylvania. Who explained that my national representative for customer service is in Cincinnati. This underscores the entire problem with Champion customer service they do not have local control of customer service. The representative who contacted me, was very courteous and very professional, which frankly was a surprise. The representative explained that he would reach out to the representative that handles my area, however, that person still seems to be in Cincinnati. This company needs a complete customer service overhaul. Choose someone else to do your windows, sunroom or anything else they offer. Do not do business with this company.
