Kudos to Chandler Roofing for their quick response to a severe weather roof "leak" issue and to Jesse for his expertise in finding the problem and going above and beyond to resolve the issue in a very timely fashion. The severe winds dislodged and damaged a high capacity attic exhaust vent cover. Jesse replace the cover and checked the remaining covers to insure proper installation. Great service. Thank you!

We had a real struggle with our insurance carrier (starts with an "A") and Chandler worked us through "the system" with patience and appropriate action. After our original hail damage claim was declined, Chandler and “A” agreed to an independent adjuster to make an assessment that was FINALLY acknowledged by “A”. We filed the claim in Sept 2023 where “A” provided a very insufficient and incomplete reimbursement offer. I hosted at least three 3-way calls between all parties and Chandler submitted a half-dozen supplement estimates trying to get the correct replacement cost covered. After 3.5 months, all of those phone calls and supplements, and 10 “A” adjusters, we have a great new roof! These guys are competent and trustworthy!

After a hail storm in Feb 2022, we called Chandler's to inspect the roof for damage. Initially, we worked with Tyler and then later, Jessie, Stephanie, Robin and Brandy. Chandler's was thorough, professional and customer focused during the roof replacement project. The team worked well with our insurance company on detailing the damage, replacement scope and scheduling of work. During the job, Jesse was onsite on a Saturday to insure the quality of work, the pool and equipment were covered and the roof replacement met our expectations and code requirements. Chandler's continued to work with us after the roof replacement to insure the certificate of completion was finished and transferred to our insurance company to qualify for our new roof insurance discount. Chandler roofing did a great job on our complete reproof almost 4 years ago and anytime there’s severe weather they always send us an email to see if we need an inspection which is helpful and appreciated. When you find yourself needing to contact a roofing company, where do you start? If you do what I did, you’ll choose several companies to examine your situation and provide a quote. I found that there are many ways that roof repairs or replacement can be handled and many of those may not be what’s best for you, but rather what’s most profitable for the roofer. After having several companies evaluate my roof, I chose Chandler Roofing to do the job.While meeting with Jesse from Chandler Roofing, he was very thorough with his explanations and also listened to my questions and concerns. It was very apparent from his answers that he was knowledgeable, not only of the roofing industry, but also the insurance side of things. The payment schedule and each phase of the job details were very clearly explained so there was no misunderstanding. Some companies will just ask what your deductible is and “handle the rest”. This means a lot more profit for them and most likely, the work done on your home may be compromised.From the initial consultation to the final aspects of my roof replacement, Jesse was always responsive and kept me informed to the point that I never had to doubt any part of the process. Whether a phone call or a text, he stayed in communication with me providing updates to the schedule and letting me know when the various work crews would be at my residence allowing for no surprise visits.With any work crew, and due to the nature of some projects, sometimes there may be an unexpected or undesirable aspect during the process. There were only very minor aspects that aren’t even worth mentioning but Jesse made sure that everything was fully handled to my expectations. I’ve spoken with friends and neighbors about bad experiences they have had with roofing companies but my situation was very different. I will even say it was pleasant – admittedly, a much better experience than I was expecting. There were even some nice “Thank You” gestures given by Jesse expressing gratitude for my business.I don’t write many reviews but this was one I felt earned and deserved it. I requested a free roofing inspection to be performed and scheduled after the recent hail storm. The inspection was scheduled and James Wilkinson contacted me by mobile phone on the scheduled day andconfirmed his ETA for the appointment. He was on time and performed the inspection. Fortunately for me there was no damage requiring repair/replacement. He did take the time to point out a minor stress crack he had noticed in the brick from foundation settling. During the experience and in before and after conversations with him he was very professional and cordial. Would high recommend this company. We used Chandler Roofing and restoration to inspect our roof when purchasing our home. After their initial inspection they determined even though our roof was on the older side it was in good shape. A short time later we experienced a hail storm and Chandler Roofing was our first call. An inspection was again preformed and it was determined we did indeed have significant damage this time. Our project manager was great at guiding us through the whole process. After a bad hail storm in February 2022, we knew we had a lot of damage to our roof, chimney, gutters and a broken window. When our insurance adjuster came out and assessed the damage, we called Chandler Roofing and Jesse Wilkinson came out and began working with us to fix all the damage. Jesse coordinated all of the projects--our roof was replaced in one day, as were the gutters. He did a great job of educating us and walking us through each project. Jesse worked with our insurance company to get a fair and complete settlement. Chandler roofing did an excellent job restoring a flooded bedroom from a water pipe burst during snowmaggedon. They got to my house within a day or two to rip out everything wet and destroyed to prevent mold growth, which was incredible considering the sheer volume of people in DFW with similar damage. Once insurance finally paid out, again Chandler roofing was here within days to replace and repair walls, ceiling, floors, trim, paint, the works! The work was done much faster than I expected and the quality cannot be beat!! I can’t recommended these guys enough. My contractor, Jesse Wilkinson, made the entire process an absolute breeze!!
