Everything was fine until my daughter got married and paid her own car insurance. I have been trying to get the prorated prepaid amount reimbursed for nearly a year. I've gotten the runaround every time I call - which has been about every two weeks since last June. Everyone in this office passes the buck to someone else. I was even told at one point that it was too late to get my money back, even though I've been trying for months. And then I was told, by Jeremy himself, that he'd make it right, even if it were out of his own pocket. I never have received the money back and my only recourse at this point is to write bad reviews. I've switched insurance companies and will never use Allstate again. Buyer beware.
