Excellent experience. Christian was polite, courteous and knowledgeable about roofing products and repair techniques. He responded immediately to my service request and quoted me a very reasonable price. He kept me informed by text of his arrival time and arrived exactly on time for the appointment. He did a great job with the shingle repair and then went beyond what we discussed and did an overall roof inspection and fixed a couple of other popped nails and damaged shingles that wasn’t even in the original bid. This was a very small repair job but based on his actions I can tell he is an honest business man who takes pride in his work and expects the same from his workers. Christian Cruz hit my car while he was on the job estimating a roof in my neighborhood. He asked that he pay all expenses for my car without calling police and filing insurance claim. He has ghosted me. He also wrote a check showing me that he was sincere in taking care of payment for the accident. Accident was in June. I put my car in the shop and went on vacation. I didn't rent a car before hand to save him some money. He ignored me for weeks. I paid to get my car out of the shop. Since I didn't hear back from him, I tried to deposit the $1,000 "good faith check" he gave me. The check BOUNCED! I took him at his word and he has not fulfilled his end of the agreement. I am still owed money. This guy does not operate with honesty and integrity. Think twice about working with someone like this. This is a direct reflection of who he is as a person and how he operates as a company. We all want to work with honest and ethicial people. I would definitely think twice before using him.
