Dynasty stands by their work. A section of gutter guard they installed last spring had caused some rainwater to seep into a section of my soffit. After noting deterioration and fragmentation of my ridge row shingles, I struggled to obtain the cooperation of the roofing company that installed the roof 10 years ago. Finally, I gave up and called Todd Knight, CEO, Dynasty Roofing requesting that he manage the repair. From that point forward all progressed smoothly & expeditiously to a wonderful repair. Mr. Knight worked with the shingle manufacturer to assure that they would honor their warranty covering the roof repair costs. New ridge row shingles were ordered and color matched to my existing roof. Repairs were completed efficiently and without delay. I am grateful for the excellent service I received. Todd was extremely communicative with me, answered all of my questions promptly, and was able to send his crew out the next morning. His team repaired squirrel damage to the soffit and fascia within just a few hours, and they left absolutely no mess behind. They also charged far less than what other companies were quoting me. My review has to do with customer service and post installation service. Called today 1/28/16 to have three sliding shingles repaired from a job in 2005. Austin office says no one will be available to repair my roof for "10 to 15 days" as the crew is in the Fort Worth area repairing storm damaged roofs. Hope we don't have storms here until then. Will think twice about using this company again.

Dynasty was able to identify a problem area that were causing a leak. They corrected the area as well as improved another problem spot. Our roof has not leak again. When my wife and I bought our first house, we noticed there might be some problems with the roof since it was an older house. We weren't sure if we could trust the roofing company the seller was using. We needed a third party to look at the roof and give us an honest assessment. Found this exceptional ball in a used pro v1 container. They made a dynasty out of this ball. It makes the Celtics or Yankees dynasties look like barely an accolade. If they roof in any way like this ball flys. It’s the only person I’d let roof my house

I tried to get someone out to give me a bid on some work. Had to call multiple times and do most of the coordination. The day of my appointment, someone called to tell me they were 10-15 minutes away (on a Friday @ 4pm). I waited an hour, called and left a message (no response) and finally gave up waiting at 5:45. Everyone that I spoke to was very nice but they simply never showed up or called to explain why. I'm sure they do good work but I wouldn't know. Disappointing...
