We had hail storm damage and contacted three roofers. Mark at G1 was actually first to respond (same day), came out and inspected the roof the very next day. I basically gave him the claim number from our insurance. G1 met with adjuster at my home so I didn't really have to do anything which is awesome since I travel a lot. From start to finish, the job was complete in 4 weeks. Clean up was top notch. We had our roof done in 2004 with another roofing company and workers left debris and nails lying around when they left. I will say this. After G1 did final clean-up, I didn't see any nails or trash. Fine job boys! A rarity in the roofing business and I have dealt with a few; they are responsive, even on Sunday afternoon during NFL season. Sent a text to Mark and he responded in less than 10 minutes. The entire roof job went flawlessly, the team that did the actual work were professional and meticulous, the supervisor always answered my phone calls and quickly fixed little things that my wife and I noticed. At the end of the job, the clean up was complete, they even power washed the driveway where staged roofing material left marks.The stone covered roof as installed is beautiful.
