Great people to work with. I don't live in the area, but I have a property there that had a water leak that did a fair amount of damage. GET restoration was amazing. Incredibly good communication and support, the workmanship was great, and even though there were a bunch of issues getting insurance coverage and dealing with a problematic tenant, they handled everything professionally and thoroughly. I really couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommended.

Please do not use this company under any circumstance. I hired them to mitigate damage caused by a shower pan leak after having a mold testing done and a professional mold protocol put together. They assured me they would follow the protocol but they were sloppy, constantly cut corners, left our home messy, and didn’t stay on schedule. But most importantly, they did not contain the areas they were mitigating, exposing the rest of our home to high levels of air born black mold causing damage far exceeding the original cause of loss. This led to us having to live elsewhere for months. The worst part is that when I had the mold professionals come do the follow up testing and we learned that the mold not only wasn’t mitigated but had spread, GET Restoration picked up their equipment that day then never returned to finish the job. After waiting a week for them to return to finish the job or hire a third party (as they had suggested), they stopped responding and I ended up having to start over with a different company who was able to successfully mitigate all traces of mold by following the provided protocol. I would never want another family to go through what we did when using GET Restoration for mitigation. Washer overflowed flooding laundry room and two bedrooms and into the hallway and kitchen. GET was at our house with lighting speed to clean up and dry the affected areas. Friendly and efficient and mindful of the stress associated with this event. Get Restoration was very professional and thorough in helping a major flood disaster not seem so overwhelming. They came out every day to check on the moisture levels and set up fans through out the home to help dry the wood and floors. They worked with my insurance and at the end of the day made me and my family feel that much safer in our home. Highly recommend Herb and Maria. Two wonderful individuals!!!

We woke up at 2am to a bathroom toilet that had overflowed. I clicked on the first company that popped up and no one picked up the phone. I moved on to the second company (Get Restoration) and someone answered immediately. They were at the house within the hour and quickly got to work cleaning up the excess water and moving in some drying units.In times like these, it's the small things that make a difference and after a long night of cleaning, Danny, from Get Restoration, brought us back coffee and muffins and told us to get some rest until they came back in a few hours.Herb, the project manager, was communicative and walked us through every step of the way.The packing team, Alma & Rebecca, treated our items with care and did a great job at ensuring perishables and other sensitive items were kept in doors.Maria, was efficient in pulling up the old carpet, placing fryers, humidifiers, etc and communicating where the damage occurred etc.This is a 5 star company with professionals that help in time that are so hard! Dealing with this company has been a terrible experience. They made a stressful experience so much more stressful. They walked off the unfinished job, and wouldn’t return any communication for two weeks. We needed them to finish so we could start rebuild. We were stuck in a hotel. When they finally decided to show back up, they demolished undamaged property that we did not authorize them to demolish, and left trash in our yard without hauling it off. They took the key to our storage pod, so we had no access to our belongings, and told us they didn’t know where the key was. We finally had to have the owner cut the lock and replace with a new lock and key. They billed our insurance company for crazy exorbitant charges, such as “after hours” when no work was done after hours, and a lot of N95 masks and PPE/rubber gloves, when we didn’t spot a single worker wearing PPE. They billed us for air movers that weren’t even present, and for an entire room that they “forgot” to actually do the work in. I tried to resolve the invoice concerns with them so I could pay the Bill, and instead of responding to my inquiries and addressing my concerns, or giving me itemized invoices that I asked for, they threatened to put a lien on my property and tack on additional fees. BEWARE of this company. They will do half the work, and bill your insurance company double what the work is worth. Horrible service, unresponsive, they don’t care about client satisfaction, just getting their money. Having your home flood is a really stressful experience. Don’t hire this company, because they will make the situation even worse.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

I would absolutely not recommend GET restoration. They have turned what should have been a 4-5 day demo into almost 3 weeks because their workers like to work for 3-4 hours a day, don’t show up on time, don’t show up for days, don’t show up when they say they will, and don’t answer phone calls or texts. Their crew has left trash all over our property and have left us with an undone project - floors ripped up everywhere - without the ability to move forward with installation of new floors until they finish, but we can’t seem to get a hold of them or get their crew back out to finish.
