I recently had John and his team in my house to redo my bathroom which was in bad shape. I knew that I had some water leaks but did not imagine the severity of it until they got everything demoed. It took about a week to get mostly done with just a few minor things to take care of but with that being said I am very happy with the way this was taken care of. Just a couple of side notes John's team found and fixed a couple of leaks in my roof at the same time. I would definitely recommend them highly they were the only ones that would even consider tackling the issue with my floors and did a beautiful job of it. Thanks again John

The contractors worked efficiently and provided quality work! We converted our tub into a shower to make it handicap accessible and it came out amazing! I definitely look forward to working with them on future remodeling projects!

They were quick to answer and set an appointment for an estimate. We have not had any work done yet. I will update if we end up using them for the remodel.We ended up using them to completely remodel our hall bathroom and to finish the tile backsplash and floor in our kitchen. They did outstanding tile work! I have had so many complements on the quality of tile work they did. And they were very reasonable and upfront on pricing. We paid exactly what they quoted us. I hired Lonestar Home Remodeling Pros to do a master bathroom remodel. Overall they did a good job. John was very honest and upfront with the quote for the job. Their company was highly competitive with their pricing coming in 25%-50% lower than their competitors. They completed the job in a very timely manner despite winter weather delaying the job by a couple days. Called to ask if they offer financing for bathroom remodels. He said No. I said that's what I was really looking for, and he hung up. Nothing additional said on his end after I spoke, he just hung up. Then sent me a text to reassure the phone call😂 I still had questions about getting a quote and checking if I was even in their service area. 🤷🏼‍♀️ This was an exploratory call to get things lined up for future projects, shame that the customer service wants there. Their work is really nice on their website.

I absolutely love John with Lone Star Home Remodeling Pros. John and his team did a PHENOMENAL job in rebuilding my shower (top to bottom, cradle to grave). The price was extremely fair with the amount of work and rework that needed to be done. Trust me and believe me, they did not have any easy job. The original shower was a mess and the previous plumbing team did an improper install after the concrete slab was laid and placed.John and his team were very professional and prompt, communicative throughout the entire process. We had a technician fall through our ceiling. We called lone star and John answered, gave an estimate from pictures we took and came back with a REASONABLE quote for the repair. His two man crew came out the NEXT MORNING and did an AMAZING repair. We ran into an issue with the paint NOT matching. They went and got another paint from another store and it matched great. He didn’t let his crew leave till we were 100% satisfied with the work. We’re renting this place, so we NEEDED the repair to be perfect. Lone star made it happen.
