I'm writing here in hopes to finally receive a response from this company. I own a house that supposedly has an impact resistant roof and our sellers informed us that MK Roofing installed it. I'm trying to obtain verification that it is indeed impact resistant so I can pass it along to my insurance to lower my premiums. However after multiple emails, phone calls, and voicemails, I have yet to hear back. I look forward to seeing if this message triggers a long awaited response.

We had a great experience working with MK Custom Roofing. They assisted us in the review and analysis of our roof for our residence, they supported us in working with our insurance company and once the claim was cleared to proceed, they demoed and replaced the entire roof in one day. The staff was absolutely a pleasure to work with, they were very knowledgeable of the process of working with the insurance group and explained each step prior to the process. I had my roof replaced few months back by MK Custom Roofing. And they did a great job with their professional workers. The job was done quickly and I was very happy with the results. Our house is much warmer in the cold weather now. With a customized skylight, it looks like there's always a spot light in the room which is not appealing to me. Crew was very accurate and always left the surrounding territory clean after each workday, no nails, no debris - I really appreciate it.

We called a lot of roofers. A lot. Over 20. We almost never got a call back and it was becoming frustrating. We're under contract to buy a home and needed an estimate so that we could close. We called MK and they actually picked up the phone on the 1st ring. They sent Chase out the next morning. He was responsive, professional, and on time. It was a flawless experience. We're still working on closing - but I wanted to leave a positive review while it was still fresh on my mind. I feel very comfortable in recommending them and their service. : )

Landon helped me through a difficult dispute with my insurance company that took 6 months to finally resolve. I wouldn't have gotten the good results I did without his help and that of people he referred me to. The roof M-K then installed was the 3rd one they've done for me, and I've referred them to two other customers who have been equally as pleased with their work. They're on-time, fast, do a great job, and clean up afterwards. Couldn't ask for more. Two thumbs up!

Dedicated Professional Contractor Shane Blevins worked very hard to complete all that was ruined from the storm that came thru Sanger June 1st 2019. We finalized the agreement on the estimate and they got started at the end of the same week. Crew was pretty fast and cleaned up afterward about as perfectly as I could expect. Roof looks good and it rained a bit a week or two later and no leaks. Good job!

They had their nail guns turned up too high and shot the nails through the shingles and high nailed the shingles leaving the shingles very acceptable to wind damage. Which resulted in half my roof blowing off after only four years and leaving me to fight with insurance to get it replaced. I would give them negative stars if I could!!!Service: Roof installation

I wish I could give a zero star. My house is a new construction, just 2 years old. First before closing my entire roof had to be redone because these guys laid the decking didn’t tarp it and returned in a week after lots of rain and just laid the shingles on the original decking that warped. They redid the roof, and now two years later the shingles are ripping off in a storm. We aren’t talking a hurricane or anything just a regular storm. I called customer service and there is no warrantee. She wouldn’t let me talk to a supervisor or give me her name she just hung up on me. Will never use them to repair my roof and will never use dr Horton again either as they don’t stand behind the work their contractors do.

We had our roof replaced by MK custom roofing a few weeks ago after interviewing 3 different contractor...Landon and April were awesome to work with...the work started on time and they had a big enough crew there to complete the job by late afternoon the same day... the crew were just great and worked very hard in the heat and humidity...we were very pleased with the finished job and would recommend them to anyone !!!

Worst experience.Commercial building rubber roof install is completely faulty. Also water runs right behind gutters. Entire building compromised due to lack of knowledge.Services: Gutter repairs, Roof repair for storm & wind damage
