In all my years of dealing with contractors and roofers, him and his company don’t come close to the best of the best! Him and his company went above and beyond to assist me, when my other contractor flaked out! He took care of everything! I'm not big on giving reviews but Shannon and NexGen are exceptional and deserving of praise. Shannon was hands-on throughout the entire roofing & fence repair process, and found items damaged by a recent hail and wind storm that we wouldn't have even thought about looking for. As a result of his diligence and working relationships with insurance companies, our home was definitely raised several levels of class... We can't stop admiring it!

Company is very professional and very helpful with getting claim started. Isaak was available and on time to meet the adjuster to make sure nothing was missed at time of inspection. Both Isaak and Shannon were available at time of installation to make sure all ran smoothly. Gutters needed to be replaced and that was done within the week of roof being replaced. Extremely happy with how my roof came out and how professional and quickly they got the work done. The short version is this, if you need any kind of roofing work, this is the company you want. No question, hands down, bar none. But you really should read on...Shannon Collum is wonderful to work with. After he inspected my roof (which was not in the best shape) he described his findings in detail, answered any questions fully and completely, and was very patient when I asked for clarification (I know roofs have shingles, mostly, after that I got no clue,) and gave a detailed explanation of the needed repairs and what they would cost. What impressed me (again) was his attention to detail and openness to answering any and all questions.His crew arrived on time and got to work. As I work from home I could hear their progress quite clearly :), but that is not their fault! You have to expect a certain amount of banging when a roof is being installed. Even with my unpracticed eye I could see that they did a superb job. These guys know what they are doing, and take pride in their work.As the crew was cleaning up (very thorough) Shannon went over the entire process, with pictures. In detail. The damage was more extensive than thought, but Nexgen repaired it, no question asked and at the original quote.The Bottom Line:Nexgen Roofing Systems did everything they said they would. Then they did more. They repaired hidden problems. Their expertise and craftmanship are obvious. Love the work they did!!! Shannon, the owner made us feel like we were family. He help me thru the entire process with my insurance company and it was a long process he meet with the insurance adjuster and made sure he saw the damages made to my roof from the previous storm so he didn’t let them missed anything. What an incredible job on my roof replacement. Shannon met the adjuster fr my insurance company, at my house. At first he said my claim was denied. Shannon politely and professionally got the adjuster back on my roof. When they came down, the adjuster told me, "You picked the right contractor", and approved my claim. All I can say is, WOW!
