Our roof got damaged by a hail storm a month ago and we hired Patriot Construction to replace our roof, fixe and stain our fence, paint our garage doors and replace our window screens. They were absolutely amazing! They’re fast, reliable and have great customer service. However, what I loved the most about them is the quality of their work. I’m a wedding cake designer and a perfectionist and I can honestly tell you that their work is flawless! Hire them! You won’t regret it! We have a couple of other upcoming projects and we will definitely reach out to them for help!

Hail damage required roof replacement. Talked to several contractors but Jimmy Greninger was great, answered all my questions. The BBB rating was A+.. When the process started he called and told me the team was on the way. They finished the roof in one day then the other teams came in and within a week I had new gutters, too. I was advised about all phases of the work and the crews were great. I am extremely pleased with the job they did. The last item was a new chimney cap, far better than what I had and complements the roof.

We had 6 different roofing companies evaluate our roof and only one focused on quality and safety inside and outside the home. The Team at Patriot Construction DFW worked effectively and efficiently with the insurer. The Team has a responsive and dedicated leader (Eric) with a great crew who are stewards on providing the highest quality for workmanship. The Crew Leader Les (provided feedback/updates throughout the replacement process from roofing, gutters, window screens, and plastic window trim. They went above and beyond, here is a great example on our own home, before and after (besides the roof, see Chimney).Overall, from 1-10 scale, 10 being the highest, their score is a 12 for Patriot Construction DFW, why 12, they were respectful, ahead of schedule, job was clean, and workmanship is above their peers as compared to our surrounding homes that had roof replacements.Patriot Construction DFW has no comparison. The Patriot team was very helpful with our complete roof replacement. They worked directly with our insurance so there was very little stress on our end and even helped get some additional damage that we weren't aware of covered through our policy. We had one miscommunication with the team about our garage door replacement, but when we expressed our concern, they offered solutions promptly and followed through. I definitely recommend them for your roof needs, especially if you are working with insurance!

This is the first time that we changing our roofing, at first, we were worried and thought it might take a lot of time and energy to deal with it, but with the professional team’s help, everything went smooth, it was done quickly with high quality. After our insurance denied us we figured we wouldn't be able to get a new roof anytime soon. Our door has been plagued by contractors and we were just over messing with it. However, Chris with Patriot (clean cut & very well spoken) got it done and they did an excellent job on our roof. Chris was very knowledgeable, consistent and reliable and exceeded all of our questions and needs. He also helped lower our electric bill by doing an energy audit. These guys really know their stuff and we learned a lot. Chris also helped us recover value we didn't know we had and gave us upgrades for free that helped lower our monthly rate. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle my roof claims. Thanks for all your help Chris. Patriot you guys rock!!

After two other roofing companies tried to work with All State on our roof and got the claim denied, these guys stepped up, stuck with it, and after a lot of back and forth, got us a full roof and gutter replacement. The work looks great, they've communicated well and paid attention to every detail. Patriot Construction was recommended by a friend and what an awesome company they are. We ended up with a small leak from our bathroom fan which was probably caused by the last storm (driving sideways rain in our area).Patriot came out the same day, inspected the roof vent and the entire roof (didn’t see any roof issues 🙏 ). Recommended that we replace the roof vent which they did the next day at 9 AM. WOW!They also consulted with me about a gutter and downspout issue they’re going to fix (neither of these were urgent, so those are scheduled for a later date).I’d highly recommend Patriot Construction!!!
