Alex and his team were with us through every step in the process of replacing the roof on the house and detached garage. He has helped us work with our insurance company to secure additional funds to fix the roof correctly as most of the decking had water damage to it as well. His team was on time, efficient, extremely fast and finished the roof on both the house and garage in one day. Our yard looked better AFTER they got done as they rake the yard with a magnetic rake to make sure all building materials are picked up. We had the gutters replaced the next day as well, and that process was also seamless. I would recommend him 1000 times over to anyone looking to replace their roof!

Professionalism and prompt service is what you get with Alex, he is a smart guy with the tenacity to get the job done with more accuracy than one can expect. Not only did he get our roof done in a day (I.e. cleaning up the mess) he went above and beyond making sure we were completely satisfied with the service he provided. I worke with Alex Antoon of Premier Builders Group after I discovered extensive hail damage to my roof. He surveyed the roof and confirmed the damage. He explained the process of submitting the claim to the Insurance Company. He offered to be here when the adjuster came for his inspection but after our conversation, I felt confident that I woouldn’t need any support. After the claim was approved, Alex and his crew did an awesome job on the replacement of the roof. Alex was patient with all of our questions as his crew worked quickly to complete the installation about an hour faster than I expected. He then prepared a supplemental claim for damage that had not been discovered in the initial claim inspection. He made the entire process painless and I recommend this company without hesitation!

We discovered an issue with our roof around the chimney and I called 2 roofing companies for estimates. The first company came out and they didn’t even climb up on the roof. Just looked at it from the ground and then quoted me $6000 to repair the decking and flashing around the roof as well as build a cricket. Chris with Premier Roofing sent Alex out that same afternoon and he actually took his time to climb up on the roof and do a thorough inspection. He even took pictures so that they could show me exactly what was wrong. Chris called me that evening and went over the inspection report as well as the repairs that he suggested. He quoted me a much more reasonable price to do the same repairs that the first company quoted. I went with Premier Roofing because they took the time to hear my concerns and do a thorough inspection which made me feel confident that they would do a thorough job. Saving money on the repairs was a plus!! With their job progress link I was able to watch each step of the repairs as they went along. But what impressed me the most is how Chris came out the next day to inspect the work that his guys performed the day before to make sure it met his expectations. Chris and Alex are great guys who operate with integrity and excellence. I would refer Premier roofing to anyone.

Alex was very responsive and attentive when I had questions. The roof was done and completed in a timely manner and left the area clean when finished. All I had to do is watch a complete roof replacement turn out beautifully!Alex offered a highly competitive price without compromising on quality. Alex Antoon knocked my door a day ago to make sure no trash flew in my yard while he was working with my neighbor. He offered to do a free roof inspection and assured me that it was in good condition and that there was no need to get my insurance involved like my neighbor had to.
