We had some wood rot on the 2x4s and 2x6s which frame our chimney. The chimney went from ground level to nearly 30' high. I called ProSelect after finding them as a local Keller business and asked for them to come inspect and give a bid. Scott Garrett, the owner, personally came out and inspected what I was looking to have done. We talked through the work. Everything was transparent, easy to understand, and clear on what was going to be fixed. I received a bid for the work just a day or so later.The process was simple and I felt very confident working with Scott. Also the pricing was more inline with what I had estimated given my perceived labor/material costs. Other bids I had received, inflated the work substantially because of the chimney height. ProSelect didn't do this.It was estimated as a two day job and 99% was done in two days. The head guy of the crew came back on Saturday morning (day 3) to paint some areas that had thicker caulking and he wanted to give extra time to fully dry. He wanted to ensure it was all done right. All the work was done very well.The entire process end-to-end exceeded all expectations.I love supporting family owned businesses locally to Keller who do great work. I had Pro Select Roofing fix roof damage that had occurred in the storm of March 2, 2023. We had several areas of shingles blown off our roof by the high winds. They were able to send someone out on March 4 to check the damage, and got a repair estimate to us the next week. After we got HOA approval they were able to quickly get us on their schedule. They fixed all of the damaged areas, and then checked the rest of the roof for any other damage. The work was completed at a very acceptable price. I’m not one to leave reviews. In fact, this is my first time leaving a negative review on here. I know what I asked them to do isn’t their primary business, but I feel it’s important for other people to know who they’re getting in bed with when they choose to do business with Pro Select Roofing, particularly the owner Scott Garrett.I have a shed in my backyard that’s about 20 years old. In one spot, the decking was rotting, so I removed the siding and replaced the decking. I trashed the bottom piece of siding because it wasn’t usable, and I kept the three pieces above it in case I needed to nail them back up. I was having a hard time matching the siding since I work during the week, so I thought I would drop a piece off with a contractor who could source it from lumber yards that are closed on weekends.I called Pro Select Roofing and spoke with a lady who said that’s something they could do. I drove up to their office on a Saturday and dropped a usable piece off with Scott’s dad, who was the only person there at the time. He was very pleasant, and he said they would see what they could do and give me my piece back if they weren’t able to match it.Scott called me a few days later to get specifics. He explained this isn’t something they normally do and says he’s having a tough time matching it. I told him I would pay whatever markup they wanted to charge, and he said he’d keep looking and get back to me.Fast forward two weeks. I still haven’t heard anything, so I get in touch with Scott this past Wednesday to ask for my piece of siding back. He says that he hasn’t been able to find it because there are a lot of people in and out of his shop, and he’d check with his guys to see if they knew anything. 8:30 this morning (Friday) I called for an update. It’s still missing. I explained my frustration since I had been told the piece would be returned to me if they weren’t able to match it. He responds that his dad doesn’t work for the company and suggests I “chalk it up as a lesson learned not to leave my stuff with someone if I want it back.” At this point I’m so mad I can hardly see straight, so I give him the ultimatum to find it by the end of the day or I’ll post a negative review on Google and Better Business Bureau, to which he responds, “Good, can’t wait to read it.” So here we are. Thanks for the lesson, Scott.Scott Garrett does not take responsibility for his mistakes. He never offered to make things right, and the way he treated me was unacceptable, especially from a business owner.

I highly recommend Pro Select Roofing! Scott was amazing from his initial inspection to the completion of our new roof. Scott was very timely and his communication was excellent. Unlike our previous roofer who installed construction grade shingles, Scott went with a upgraded quality 30 year shingle. His crew was excellent, efficient, and friendly and they did a very thorough job cleaning up at the end of the install. Scott also was able to get me some great pricing on some quality solar screens. I will certainly use Pro Select Roofing for any future roofing needs as well as recommend him to family and friends. Can’t say enough good things about the company and Scott. Always responsive, incredibly fast, and realistic with their pricing. They’ve done several things for me but the most notable was adding a chimney cricket at my large fireplace chimney (there should’ve always been one there but my house is 100 years old). Next thing we need is gutters so once we save up for that we will be calling them back out!

I recently hired Pro Select Roofing because after I talked to Scott, the owner I immediately felt comfortable. He took the time to respond to my many questions in a timely manner.He gave me a written estimate with lots of options depending on which type of shingle, etc that I wanted to use. When I was looking to get my Roof replaced I Google searched and Found them. I called to set up a Inspection and Scott came by and told me everything I wanted to know. about a week later the Roofers came at 7am and completed work by 12pm. Last few weeks we had some rain and wind and the roof has held up with no issues what so ever. When I was having some issues with my Insurance company on receiving funds they were patient with me and allowed me time to pay the remainder. If I ever need any work or if my friends need any roof work I will always recommend them. Easy to work with, Not pushy or trying to up sell you. Kind and helpful.

Scott was very thorough with the job and wanted to make sure the new owner got a top quality roof and gutters.They worked quickly and got the roof and gutters done so we didn't have to drag it out for weeks after closing. We had a great experience with this company. Our roof had some wind damage and we lost a lot of shingles. The response time was incredibly fast and the workmanship was top notch. I was impressed that even though this wasn't a large project the owner took the time to meet with me before and after. Great customer service. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. With recent high winds and heavy rains I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling caused by a slow leak from two roof vents. Christopher was able to come out to take a look the same day I called as a new customer. He checked out the damage even when the roof was wet from the rain and came back down with pictures to throughly explain the problem. He put together an estimate using their software and emailed it to me for review and approval right then and there. As soon as I hit send they scheduled my repair for the very next morning. Christopher and Cesarlet me know exactly when they’d be arriving and my whole repair was done within in an hour. After all was said and done my bill was the exact amount of the estimate I’d approved and I got a digital copy of the repair and invoice instantly. Scott was the only roofing company that would come out and give me a quote. All the rest said they would do the job for what insurance estimator quoted. I had many conversations and questions, Scott was very knowledgable and answered every question and also gave me some good ideas. My house looks amazing and after the job was done, the crew cleaned up so I couldn't tell there had been any kind of work done to my house. One a 1-10 scale the job done was an 11. I am going to have some attic ventilation installed in the fall and without doubt will use Pro Select Roofing. I just can't say enough good things about this company.

I gathered a few estimates for a patch job on my roof, and Stephen was willing to give me a better price after I told him that his price was higher than the quote I was originally going to accept.
