He was extremely kind, thorough, professional and put me at complete ease immediately upon meeting him. He offered to repair the ones that were missing while I start the ball rolling and getting a much needed roof replacement. After having one roofing company come out and say we needed to replace the roof, I called a couple of other companies for 2nd opinions. Chase Evans with QCRR reached out to follow up on my inquiry and I explained that we were having a window that was leaking significantly. It was the day before Thanksgiving and Chase went out of his way to come by see if he could at least patch the leak for me before more rain came. It's been a while since I can remember receiving that level of service. By the way, Chase was the 3rd roofer to come out and the only one to offer to help patch the active leak to stop water from coming in. Chase came back out at a separate time to do a full inspection, patch some gaps left in the caulking, and discovered the cause of the leak while he was at it. If you value quality service, give Chase a call for your roof inspection, repair, or replacement. He has many years in the business and will tell it like it is.Update: After the insurance company agreed to replace our roof, I spoke with several reputable companies about doing the work. Chase came through again and I'm delighted to be working with him. I won't go into the details here but Chase again went out of his way to help me with an unrelated issue that just came up during our conversation. It's not often you run across someone who truly cares about helping people like Chase does. If you need anything roof related and you put high value on working with great people you can trust, please give Chase a call. I can assure you, you won't be disappointed.

He is very knowledgeable about his industry and takes the time to explain the reasons why he chooses what he does. What was a plus for me on top of his industry expertise, was his faith in Christ. We had some shingles blown off during a storm. Chase came by and inspected the roof for us and made temporary repairs to keep the roof from leaking. He did it at no charge. He then advised us on the process to get the claim rolling. After we had our insurance claim filed he gave us a quote and did not have any problems with us getting a 2nd opinion. His bid was lower and included more upgrades than the other guy. Chase did two other roofs in my neighborhood and they both looked great and homeowners were happy. We had them do our house and shed. Install went as planned on time. We only had a couple of small issues on the shed that Chase corrected immediately. Chase was very responsive to calls and texts. I would not hesitate to use him again if needed.

Jeff Duncan and his crew provided us with great service at a very affordable price. The best part was how quickly they responded and how efficiently they worked. They have done a lot of work for us. They gave us a new roof and Jeff explained how adding ridge vents would save us on our heating/cooling bills. He was right. They have also done small jobs like mounting a TV. It didn’t matter how big or small the job it was treated with care and respect.

I had Hunter come by to inspect my house recently after the storms and had a great experience. It was refreshing to speak with someone who told me there wasn't a problem with the roof and didn't try to make a quick buck. If you want an honest evaluation/quote I recommend giving Quality Construction Roofing and Remodeling a call. I know I will if/when I have some damage.

This is a super company, run and operated by men of integrity. Jackson is the man I worked with, and he was professional, courteous, knowledable, and did what he said he was going to do. He was very good communicating and explaining the issues/problems I had with my roof after this last hail storm. As a realtor (and a homeowner), I've had the unpleasant experience of working with several roofing companies that have no idea what they are doing and/or disappear and are never to be heard from again. This company is the complete opposite. They have ties to the community (I found them through a family-member friend), and thus far, they have repaired (or are in the process of repairing) two other family member's roofs. These guys truly are "quality", do solid work, and are really nice guys, in addition. I will be recommending them to my realtor colleagues and friends.

I called them out to do a roof inspection for a home purchase that I am making based on the recommendation of a coworker. The gentleman they sent out, Mike Piles, came out the very next day and was on time and honest. So honest that he even told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the roof! It's rare these days that a service company doesn't try to find the most minor issue and then use fear tactics to try and make a sale off of it. If I ever do need roofing work, this will be the only company I call.

last year after storms, someone representing Quality Construction looked at my roof, stating it needed to be replaced, wanted to get it scheduled and left their card. When none of my neighbors roofs needed to be replaced, I contacted Ray Duncan to come look as i know he is a man of integrity. He informed my roof did not need to be replaced, nor did it need repairs.

I'm glad to see by all the positive reviews on google that our experience is not the norm with this company. We had high hopes after our initial meeting with Caleb, but everything went downhill from there. We understand the claims and repair process takes a while - especially during the busy storm season, but we first met with Caleb in mid-June 2017 and our roof was not completed until mid-August (in June we were told they were scheduling out 2-3 weeks). Other repairs were not finished until October. I'm convinced our repairs would still not be completed if I had not called the company each week to pester them. By the way - when they finally got our roof on their schedule, they were well past their busy season (according to Jess - the office manager). My main frustration with this company was that I had to call them to get status updates. If they had excellent customer service as they claim, they would have been updating me along the way. We agreed on work to be completed and materials with Caleb in June. Every couple of weeks, I had to explain to others within the company (or remind them) of the materials we wanted or the work we wanted done....even though it had all been written on the original work order. I was told several times that they were finally going to enter all of our requests into the system. I guess that never happened, because they actually never completed all the work. But we got the roof and garage door replaced, which were the most important items. According to the office manager, Caleb did not submit our original paper work (or check) to the office until August - so he held onto all of that for 1 1/2 to 2 months (which was why the company did not get us on the schedule in a timely manner). To make matters worse, the office manager, Jess, would apologize to me but in the same sentence would defend the poor customer service and actions of Caleb. He also kept explaining the claims process to me (as if that was the issue...and by the way, I only need it explained once), but then in the next sentence told me they were no longer swamped and could do our roof the next day if they had the materials. Overall this was an extremely frustrating experience with a company and employees that made a lot of mistakes on our transaction and didn't appear to care. Oh, and lets talk about a lack of integrity...apologizing and promising our situation is not the norm and promising the rest of the transaction will be different, and then everything was the same all the way to the end - mistakes, excuses, and lack of communication. Plus flat out lying - telling me one thing one week just to get me off the phone ("yes, the order has been placed with the vendor") to telling me a week or two later that they had just placed the order that day (and clearly not remembering the previous conversation). We were extremely disappointed throughout this entire transaction considering what they promised in the beginning.*Update: Jeff - thank you for your phone call and response. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out, apologize, and ask if there is anything you could do. I do wish that our project had been turned over to employees that had the time to communicate throughout the project and ensure a timely completion. There were a couple of instances where I was told I would receive a call from "Jeff" (not sure if they meant you or someone else) regarding the non-insurance work we wanted completed, but we never received that call. As I stated at the beginning of my review, it does seem like this was not the norm for your company. Thank you again for reaching out.

I called this afternoon after finding a water stain on my ceiling and noticing a drip spot under the dryer exhaust vent to the roof. Chase made it out to me within an hour, confirmed my diagnosis and found the cause on the roof. He gave me options to caulk and repair, or replace the vent. He then didn’t charge me a dime for the caulking and he did all my vents to be proactive. If and when I do need more roof work, Chase and QCRR will be my first call. Make them yours.
