Mr Reyes did not try to up sell me by telling me my entire 5yr old roof needed to be replaced 😂. They did the repair in about 30min; faster than I could have ever done. I initially contacted Reyes Roofing to resolve an issue with water pouring down the roof near the front door. I just replaced my front door earlier in the year because the water splashing caused the wood to rot over the years. His sales guy came by to quote me for a gutter as the best option to redirect the flow. While discussing this project, a discussion about reviewing the roof for free was proposed. I thought it was going to be a waste of time because I didn’t understand the process but it was explained thoroughly and I went ahead and called my insurance for the inspection. To my surprise, the entire roof needed replacement and my insurance covered the cost, so there was zero out of pocket cost to me for the roof. The gutter was quoted at a fair price and now I have a new roof. Overall it was a great experience with Reyes roofing. I will recommend and use in the future.
