Recently we purchased our first home in the DFW area from Riverside Homebuilders. We initially inquired about the property through their online platform. In a matter of minutes, Christina our sales consultant, scheduled our first visit and shared with us all the incentives and offers available. We were hosted by Chad Robinson, who showed us the property, explained all the fantastic features of the house, the amenities of the communities and answered all our questions. We ended making our offer the same day and got under contract to purchase our home. Buying a house and making it your home is always challenging. Riverside Homebuilders went above and beyond to make a good business for us. We had the opportunity to hire a third party inspector and he was also impressed for the quality of the build and the compliance with the building codes. Riverside has been great to do business with! We did not build with them, but bought an existing new build. The quality of the home was far above the other new builds we have looked in. Toby and Sylvia were both great as well! Took care of everything addressed in the inspection, no questions asked, and worked hard to get us a quick close like we requested! We love our new home!

We bought a Riverside home in September 2023. Five months later I can confirm it was a great decision. The buying process was excellent, but post-purchase is where the rubber meets the road. Riverside has been extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I’ve had. They are quick to address any issues I’ve brought to their attention. The quality of the home itself is excellent. Buyers from a different home builder in our community have had nothing but headaches from their builder, leaving me that much more thankful to have bought from Riverside. Would recommend to anyone.

Our house is 3 years old and is literally falling apart (see pics), the sales rep we dealt with was a jerk, and they didn't address any of the punch list items we discussed including leaving paint splatters all over our floor. These guys are a joke. Avoid at all costs.

Ashley was really nice and replied quickly in a timely manner to all of our questions about the house. We Loved that Ashley was on time and if she was off that day she made sure someone was there to open the house. She knew the restrictions for the subdivision which was good to know. If you are able to work with Riverside home builders, it is an awesome experience. I know buying/selling a home can be stressful, but our agent was amazing. One of many things that was nice is Karolyn (Riverside Agent) was always willing to basically be on call day or night if there were any questions and was very quick to respond. Am I am not joking when I say this. She was on freaking vacation during our buying/selling experience with Riverside and she STILL answered anything we had. She called me while she was at a theme park just letting me know she’s on top of everything. It was very refreshing knowing she was by our side. If I could go with her again we would. Definitely recommend!

Overall it has been a terrible experience with Riverside Homebuilders. Closing on our home was pushed back months at a time. This was after we had to sell our home to be contingent on buying theirs. They had zero sympathy or care that multiple families in Sanger Meadows were homeless for months. Here we are now, coming up on 2 years in this home and the warranty punch list still isn’t complete. I have taken weeks off of work to meet up with their unorganized contractors. Most of the time they never show up, plan on waisting all of your PTO if you don’t work from home. When they actually come to fix something they can’t complete the job and have to come back. They have also damaged other parts of our home in the process. I told Tyler I would be taking the month of August off and we could complete the entire punch list then. He agreed and that was our plan. He closed out all of my opened items and nothing got scheduled, waisting the entire month I took off. We have a leaking window in the master bedroom causing water damage/ mold and it doesn’t seem like they care to fix it.
