My mom’s house needed a new roof so I reached out to Lotus Roofing. Sammy contacted me giving me directions as to what I needed to do once we made an insurance claim. After the claim was approved by the insurance Sammy took over and did all the speaking/dealing with the adjuster. Called Tim the day after a storm to do a roof inspection and he was here within a couple of hours. After inspecting my roof and went and inspected my Mom’s roof and stated we both had damage. We contacted the insurance company and Tim and his guys pretty much handled everything with the insurance company. Within a month or so we both had new roofs. The entire process was painless. The quality of work they did is phenomenal. I will strongly recommend Tim and Lotus Roof when I can.

I found Lotus roofing and specifically Tim B. through a friend who spoke very highly of them. We had wind and hail damage on our roof and Tim reassured me that they would work closely with our insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of and they did! I was traveling a lot for work at the time but Tim and Lotus worked with me, kept me informed, and stayed on top of everything throughout the whole process. The installation only took one day and I was honestly shocked at how well they cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with my new roof, the quality of work, and above all the helpful and informative nature of both Tim Basaldu and Lotus provided.

I don’t usually send any reviews on any type of service. I decided to send one for our home improvement recently completed since we were extremely satisfied with the work performed.We had our kitchen and family room updated.We added more cabinets, countertops and an island to our kitchen. Our family room was updated with closing off a door & window & repainted the room. The work was done in a very timely & professional manner. The time frame we were given was right on schedule. Plus even given some space savings tips along the way, that we were very happy with.We will without hesitation hire Lotus again for any future home improvement jobs. They not only specialize in roofing jobs, but also home improvements updates!
