Our experience with Roof City started with a need for an urgent repair to our roof in a storm. When no one else was available to help, Roof City got an installer to come out, in the dark and in the rain to provide a robust temporary repair. Then Roof City was there every step of the way through our insurance claim, where they were crucial to assuring that our insurance appraisal was correct. They guided the insurance adjuster through several corrections and without Roof City's help, would have cost us several thousand dollars out of our own pocket. Then Roof City worked with us on material choices, and cost estimates and then delivered materials and installed a complete, high quality upgraded roof and gutters exactly as promised. They are extremely thorough and their customer service and followup are top notch. Roof City went the extra mile across the board to exceed our expectations.
