Our church, Azle Christian Church, flooded due to pipe bursting during the extreme cold weather in February. Called ServPro West Ft Worth as they were a member of the Azle Chamber of Commerce. Dakota Kirkpatrick was assigned to our claim and he was a true blessing! He walked us through the process as we have not experienced anything like this before - 90% of the church flooded. He was very professional, was calm when we were anxious, always kept us advised of what was going on and what the next step was. My home recently had a sewer back up and Serve-pro was called in to do water damage remediation. Andrew Dempsey and Carlos were sent out and both were extremely professional and personable. They walked me through the process throughout the entire remediation ordeal and made me feel at ease that my home was in good hands. They were considerate of my home and empathetic to my situation! We had a pipe burst on 12/23 around midnight. Tried to reach Servpro via phone. Was able to leave a message. Got a call back over a week later…took way too long to hear back. I’m sure if you can get a hold of them they are pretty good but in the case of an emergency, such as most of their business is that is way too long. If you don’t reach them quickly probably good to move on.

My home was flooded after heavy rains and Serve Pro was professional on the phone and dispatched someone to my home within a couple hours to assess my situation, give me a breakdown of what was required and a quote. Once I agreed to everything, the equipment was set up, process and procedures thoroughly explained and they were on their way with the equipment left behind doing its thing. I was contacted daily on the status of my home by phone and visit to track my progress. Once completed, they came and picked up all their equipment asked if I had any questions and said goodbye. Overall, I had a great experience with Servpro and would recommend them for their services.

After a rough start with a 1 star review, the owner, Albert, contacted me and reviewed my experience, situation, and needs. He assigned a new team to my job with Luke as the team leader. I believe in second chances and was not disappointed. Albert checked in with me everyday as well as Luke. The team that restored my bathrooms back to whole were professional, experienced, friendly, and provided quality work. I was treated with respect and care. My bathrooms have been restored to the exact way they were. The team dealt compassionately with me and checked in with me on every detail to ensure I was pleased. And they did not disappoint. Kudos to Albert and Luke and the entire team that restored me back to whole. This company and Luke’s team has been a pleasure to work with, even going out of their way to assist me with issues that arose (through no fault of theirs) during the restoration process.I will be using Servpro in the future for carpet cleaning, air duct cleanings, and any other services they offer should the needs arise.Thank you Albert, Luke, Mark, Miguel, Dylan, and all the other contractors (sorry, I can’t remember everyone’s name) that worked on my water restoration project. Aaron S. and his team handled the water restoration cleanup and mold mitigation with 28 pieces of equipment and made our home livable throughout this first step of the process for our water disaster. We encountered a lot of different individuals throughout our water mitigation process. They were all very nice and professional. The office staff was great and made sure to call me 30 minutes ahead of time to alert me when they tech was on their way. I think they could have given more information or a handout about the process. Some confusion occurred when they saud baseboards would be taken down and that would happen with the rebuild contractor. We though we might need to get a hotel with our little ones when this happened but luckily no baseboards needed to come off since it was drying up. Unfortunately, we didn't know that until day 5 of drying. That is why I am rating them a 4/5 stars.

Mike was such a pleasant helper, not only got along GREAT with my dog, but fixed my vacuum as well!! I had Servpro out today to help sanitize and clean an overflown bathroom. They were here within an hour and were incredibly professional. Aaron was excellent and left us a feeling of comfort. Called Servpro to help with water mitigation after a water leak which resulted in flooding a ceiling, and leaking thru to the bottom floor. Aaron came out promptly, was very thorough, reviewed all the areas that may have been affected by the water leak and determined a course of action to correct the problem. He was very patient, answered all our questions, and careful to protect our possessions while treating the area - which included ripping out a ceiling. He made sure the area was dry, clean and tidy when he was done. I highly recommend Servpro of Lake Worth.

This is our first time experiencing any severe water damage due to an toilet. Called and with in 15 minutes the owner showed up to our home and started the process and had his crew there within the hour. Pulled up all wet carpet padding, laminate and hauled it away for us. They also communicate with the insurance company on their end and so far I’ve only had to deal with my adjuster once. So greatful they had 22+ fans drying & humidifiers in my home for 5 days to take all the moisture out of my home!!

After experiencing water damage from the recent storms on Father's day, we contacted ServPro. What could have been an unpleasant experience, turned out to be very positive. Our technician, Dakota, was professional as well as very thorough. He did an excellent job of setting up containment before removing the water damaged wall. He was very diligent in keeping our home free of contaminates by removing the debris through a window. It took almost a week to fully dry the wall but Dakota was always on time each day to check the progress. His knowledge and attention to detail was exceptional which alleviated my anxiousness over the damage. I would highly recommend ServPro for any restoration project you may have!

Servpro came to our home in Wisconsin all the way from Texas to help us after we had a water pipe break and flooding in our basement due to the 50 degrees below zero temps that we had here. On one of the worst days of my life, I met Aaron and Dustin and Jeremy...they rescued us from a flood in our Den and did their best to ensure that it wasn't the disaster that it could have been. We had SERVPRO W. FW come out because our dishwasher flooded our kitchen/surrounding rooms. They came out quickly and did a very thorough job checking the house daily (and working around our schedule to ensure we'd be home when they came).They kept us well informed as to the status of how dry things were, and what to expect in the process. Also, the techs that came out were knowledgeable about the process of working with our homeowner's insurance, and at assessing the amount of damage done.

He was very professional and knowledgeable and did an amazing job explaining what we have going on.
