SmartSeal spray foam hit it out of the park. When scheduling for the insulation changed (on my part), these guys didn’t even blink or make excuses why it wouldn’t work. Salesman Cosme and project manager Cole just moved their schedule around and made it happen. I’ve never worked with such a success-focused group of people. No excuses (even with an ongoing material shortage). They showed up on time (the new date), prepped in 1 day, foamed/sealed my 50’x40’ hangar on day 2 and had it UV painted/protected on day 3. Cleanup was perfect with no overspray anywhere. In one word, Amazing. I’m going to use them again to spray my barn-dominium next month. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Forget DIY or anyone quoting a cheaper price. These guys are the best. Thanks to the whole (enjoyable) team.

I have a 25x30 metal building that was recently built that I wanted to have spray foamed. Steve was very responsive and punctual. He was very quick with his estimate and gave me a timeline for completion. I was surprised by how quick I was able to be added to the schedule. They showed up ontime and the work was completed in a few hours.I was most impressed by how clean the site was after they left. No mess to pick up and the foam was evenly distributed across all surfaces with very clean and defined lines. I would highly recommend this company. TThis was only the second spray foam company I have used personally but by far and above the best.

I contacted several companies to get a bid on adding foam to my building. Smart Seal was the first to respond and offered exactly what I wanted, for a good price. It took me several months to get the building built and ready for foam. The price remained consistent. The work was scheduled for two weeks from when I called to approve the bid, and exactly when Rodney thought they could do the work, they called and let me know they were on the way.I had to work that day, but I felt every bit of confidence that the job would be done correctly and my property taken care of by the workers. I received a call shortly before they finished, and then again when they left. When I got home, I was very pleased with the foam job. Care was taken to mask off doors and windows as well as the floor. The foam was put where it should be and not where it shouldn't. My building was left clean and ready for me to finish out the inside.Thank You for the great job. I have recommended you to the metal building contractor I used as well as a friend.

As an electrical contractor I've worked around different foam contractors in my career, but none of them were really interested in residential work. A friend of mine recommended this company to me a couple years back but I wasn't ready to get it done until now. Before this point I've passed along their name to a couple clients and another friend of mine and everybody was happy with the work done and the price. Anyhow my own experience with this company has been very satisfactory as well. Very professional and easy to work with. Will continue to refer people to them!

I’ve done multiple jobs with this company until today. I received a call from the owner stating he no longer wanted to do work for me because I was slow pay and had a crew do work out of what they had agreed to. Completely false! What actually happened was, the last job they did for me, they didn’t spray an area that I had asked them to do, which the salesman agreed to. It didn’t get done. I called and told the salesman. No return call. When I held payment until it was completed, I guess that makes me slow pay.🤷🏻‍♂️ Do what you agreed to, and get paid like you have for years, the same day you complete the work! Steve is a complete tool. Good riddance.

I talked to Amber about foam insulation for 2 new metal buildings. She was very thorough and knowledgeable and we agreed on the foam and painting the foam white. She told me a date the work would be done and how long it would take. The guys came early on the scheduled date and worked all day to get the job done. They were great. The weather was cold and rainy so the paint took a couple days to dry. After it dried they inspected and found a few thin spots in the paint that I had not seen. They came back and repainted the thin spots making sure I was happy with the job. We are very impressed. They came when they said and did their own quality check. I highly recommend Smart Seal Foam Insulation as I am 100% satisfied with their product and service. Steve was timely and knowledgable in his answers to my questions. Our schedule was pushed back because of weather but he managed to get my job in as soon as it cleared and kept in touch with me throughout the delay. The installers were professional, courteous and did a first class job in prepping, spraying and cleaning up. The foam was applied evenly and looks aesthetically pleasing compared to other foam insulated buildings I've seen. The product is amazing in its ability to insulate! On a sunny day the metal baking in the sun is too hot to touch yet the foam on the opposite side stays completely cool. I have no regrets and will have Smart Seal Foam Insulation do the same to any structure I may build in the future. 30x40x12' Mueller metal storage building with 1" of spray foam on the walls and 2" on the roof.

We recently had Smart Seal foam our 88 X 100 metal barn with living quarters and were totally blown away by their promptness, professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness throughout the process. Rodney provided our quote within hours of our first meeting. We asked for added painting, and got a revised quote within minutes. Outstanding and fair!! Robert sprayed, along with Brandon and Christian. All were phenomenal at their work! So careful yet quick, and left nothing undone. Our barn is now beautiful, clean and most of all COOL! I work for Supreme Corp. in Cleburne, TX. I needed to get a box truck we built re-foamed so I was told to call Smart Foam and talk with Rodney. He came out to my location quickly and gave me a quote. He was very professional and quick. When I was ready to get the work done he got it schedule as quick as possible. The guy showed up on time was very professional and got the job done quickly. Don't waste your time on this company! Salesman named Rodney just said he didn't want to "re-work bid" and withdrew all bids in lieu of just saying, "this is our best price"! He went on to say that he didn't need my money. I told him I was ready to sign today. Joke of a salesman and company for hiring him.

Had choice between upgrading AC system or better insulation. Chose Smart Seal to do the house. Night and day difference. I added 600 sq ft to house and old system couldnt keep housing under 84 during the summer. Now it can keep the house cold without running all day long. 10/10

Taped everything up and covered floor well. Then 1" on closed and 3" open cell foam in a short time on my 20X25x8 room, including ceiling. Trimmed and cleaned up, hauled excess off when they left.
