Stanton & Company recently renovated our master bathroom and closet. It was a complete top to bottom renovation project! The completed bathroom & closet are absolutely stunning! The Stanton Team was AWESOME to work with from the design (we LOVED working with Peyton) to the demo to construction. Their communication was superb every step of the way. The Stanton & Co. demands perfection from each tradesman at every step of the project reconstruction, and the finished project reflects their attention to detail. In September (2023), my husband and I selected Stanton & Co to do a complete makeover on the kitchen in a condo we had just purchased. It was a complete “gut job.” We didn’t keep anything from the old kitchen except the window over the sink.We had a pretty good idea what we wanted and gave them drawings (mine - it’s not like they were from an interior designer or architect) and a list of the things we wanted. They took those things and turned them into our dream kitchen. They helped us solidify our ideas, told us ways we could save money and were absolute professionals from gut to gorgeous. (See photos)The one thing you can't see here is how efficiently they did it. They said six to eight weeks. Everyone who heard we were doing a kitchen reno said to expect it to take twice as long and cost twice as much as we were quoted. But they were wrong. It took about 7 weeks - and there was rarely a day that went by without someone there working on our job — which is even more surprising when you know that it rained for almost a week and a half. Our project manager, Bobby Thomas, was amazing. He kept us informed about what was happening, what we could expect and who would be doing what, and when. If nothing appeared to be happening, we knew why. But there were so few days when nothing happened.I've got to give some kudos to Peyton Pearce too. She really helped when it came to picking out materials, making sure we stayed in budget, even when I really wanted something that would put us over. Both our countertop and backsplash would have put us over, but she found out that the backsplash tile was being discontinued and must have worked out a deal because suddenly not only could I have that tile, the countertop I wanted was within our budget too. Magic!At the end, we really pressed Bobby to finish quickly because we were waiting to move in until the kitchen was completed. And we were so ready to move in. When Bobby couldn't get one of his subs out there to do something quickly, he just came out and took care of it himself. I suspect he wasn't supposed to do that, but anything that helped us move in sooner was greatly appreciated and he has my undying gratitude for every day he saved us.Oh - and the final bill? Exactly what we were quoted plus some extra for changes that we asked for and knew would be added on. Speaking of which, one of the changes I asked for was to create an extra door from the kitchen to the den. This was harder than it sounds because there were bookshelves over cabinets completely lining that wall on the den side. Those shelves/cabinets had to be completely reconfigured in order for us to add a door there.In addition, we had them remove all the carpet throughout the condo and put in LVP. It looks amazing. The cabinets in the den they were going to reconfigure after we added the second door from the kitchen got completely rebuilt and replaced. But talk about attention to detail — because they cared what things looked like, they also made sure the cabinet doors for other built-in cabinets in the den matched the new ones - and just threw that in at their expense.We’re super happy with the work they did for us. If you need remodeling done, I just don’t think you can do better than Stanton & Co.

We purchased a 20 year home and wanted extensive remodeling of the entire home. Stanton & Co provided complete remodel service from top to bottom to include demo, construction, reconfiguration of existing rooms, new floors, new kitchen, new bath, etc. our project manager Mike was in touch with us every step of the way and was always available and responsive. Every tradesman on-site was professional, friendly, and cleaned up after their work was done (which with a project as big as ours, was very much appreciated). We had a couple of hiccups along the way, but all our concerns were addressed promptly. Stanton and Company saved us. A partial remodel had been done and we didn't like the completion. We contacted Stanton and Company to come over and see if they could help us out. We identified a few areas we wanted fixed up and presented some options and sketches. They listened to what we wanted and what our concerns were. We told them we wanted the walls and the trim work to be painted with a brush and not sprayed on.They were able to take our suggestions, requests and sketches and turn everything into a masterpiece.Our project manager, Bobby Thomas, and his crews kept us informed on what was being done and when it would be completed. They stayed on scheduled, even with us adding scope to their work. Whenever we had a question, Bobby and Stanton were quick to respond.

Just a quick note here to leave our 5-star review for Stanton & Company... We love their process and dedication to the customer. The communication from the initial consultation to the final punch list was exceptional. The design studio is a key component as well - so very helpful in making decisions on countertops, cabinet hardware, flooring, etc. We understand that not everything goes perfect when renovating a home (and there were a couple things to address), but the Stanton team was quick to make it right. Loved all of my interactions with this company. Peyton was a life saver when it came to helping me find a slab for my bathroom. Stanton and Co did a phenomenal job on our remodel ! They were very easy to work with and the jobs happened when they said they would ( flooring , electrical , etc ) anything that was wrong they fixed ( decided to put the pantry door on the other side to open another direction which called for ordering new door ) We had to modify our remodel because of some family health issues and they sat down and helped us figure all that out - basically changed the whole kitchen design right before they were going to begin. I would highly recommend the company and all the folks that work there because it really was as much of a pleasure that remodeling can be to work with them .

We had looked at 5 different companies and decided on Stanton due to being local, having 2 storefronts (I knew they weren't going to be taking off with our money!) and I had heard good things about them. Stanton & Co. has worked two jobs for us in the past year. The first was a case where our shower was leaking into the dining room along the chandelier. There was a leak in the shower pan that was caused by the way the shower was originally installed by the builder. Stanton diagnosed the problem and presented several solutions that allowed us to keep the existing travertine and do the repair with contrasting travertine. He also devised a repair for a few cracks in the existing floor travertine. The results were a shower that is water-tight, looks designer-perfect and a floor that no longer has cracks and looks awesome. Their work is turn-key; it was almost effortless on our part.We liked their work so well, that we hired Stanton & Co again, when we developed a leak in a hose to our water heater that heavily damaged our scraped wood floor while we were gone on a lengthy vacation. They, once again, provided turn-key service with excellent plumbing repair and floor replacement. We liked the floor so well, that we had them replace a carpeted room with scraped hardwood.We recommend Stanton & Co. to anyone looking for turn-key, great design and contracting services.

We did a ton of research before choosing someone to remodel our bathrooms – yes, two bathrooms at once. Effort should be made to ensure you invite the right company into your home to tear apart a room and mess with important plumbing, electrical, etc.From the estimate to the final walk through, it was a pleasure working with Stanton and Co. Stanton came out to do our estimate which sold us on working with them. He was confident, but not arrogant, in his company’s ability to deliver what we wanted and in a timely fashion. He was honest about potential challenges and about his estimate process.We received the estimate quickly, decided to move forward, and they were quick to schedule an initial walkthrough of the project. Dan, our project manager, and Stanton came out to go over the estimate by line item as well as what our vision was.We made an appointment to see Peyton at the design center. Peyton was immensely helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for while working hard to stay within the estimate. She was very honest when we were picking things that may go well above the estimate. Peyton helped us pick tile, paint, and general finishes. We were on our own for mirrors and lighting.Dan regularly communicated with us about each stage of the remodel. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks to complete – it was 5 weeks and 1 day. With any remodel, there is bound to be hiccups along the way. But any time something came up, Dan was quick to respond to my call or text and have it resolved. If I ever needed something picked up, they would send the guys over to pickup any trash or cleanup items left behind by the subcontractors. Understand, remodels are messy and while they work hard to mitigate the mess, it will be dusty, messy, and chaotic.Stanton and Dan came by at final walkthrough to look over the project – we had a small list of items to fix that are superficial in nature. At the end, we went over our estimate just barely (maybe 1k) and mainly because we had change orders for requests my husband and I made along the way.Remodeling requires patience and understanding from all parties, and I feel as though that was the case throughout this remodel. All of that to say, would we recommend working with Stanton and Co for a remodel? Yes, we absolutely would.
