Triangle DJ did a very poor roofing job for me in Oklahoma. The roof was "finished" in January 2020, but it took almost another year and a half to correct all the deficiencies the roof had. I've received their "10-year leak free warranty" in April 2021. My soffit developed a leak due to their gutter contractor installing the gutter too high and pushing up on the shingles. Called them and was told they no longer service OK area. They did give me the gutter contractor's number, however. I called them up and was told TDJ never paid them for the job...They are still carrying a valid license here and advertising OK as one of their locations on their website. Stay far away from these crooks.Update 3/30/23: filled a complaint with BBB and these clowns are now saying they consider the roof totaled and warranty void because we had some "storms" the last couple of years. Stay far, far away.

Worked with Joe Malonee at Triangle DJ Contractors for roof replacement, siding and chimney work Nov/Dec 2023. Responded immediately, constant communication and on time for appointments. Also helped with understanding the process and insurance. Job completed on scheduled. Was always available to answer questions as this was new to me. Would definitely use again for work on my home. Truly appreciated honesty and transparency.

I have a rent house in San Anonio. there was a severe hail storm and the roof had damage and in 2019 I needed TDJ Contractors. I contacted them and they did a great job working with my insurance in getting my roof replaced. And they did an excellant job with the roof repair and replacement. I highly recommend them.

Everyone I’ve worked with in this company has been awesome. Starting and ending with Nick Coats, he has been so very helpful and patient with us on our residence and our commercial property. Their people at their home office are awesome as well. They’re all very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable on the insurance side of things and how to handle claims. My insurance agency has been terrible to deal with and Nick and his coworkers have lead me through every step with patience, professionalism, and kindness. We contracted with TDJ to replace the hail damaged roof of New Life In Christ Lutheran Church in Duncanville, and to serve as the general contractor for a major renovation of the fellowship hall, kitchen, and educational wing of our building. They hit a home run on all counts. Their work on our roof was beautiful, and their cooperation with us to get the best reimbursement from our insurance company was superb. The subcontractor they selected to complete the building renovations was excellent. Both the prime and sub contractors were very easy to work with and were admirably resourceful in recommending options during each phase of the work being done. I live in Austin where there is no representation for the business. They do a good job when they actually do the job. In most cases, they outsource and do a half-aced version of what's written up and you end up paying 3x the quote to work ratio. They do a good job with roofing, but everything else is lip service, especially if you try to get them to honor a warranty.

If you want the most un professional business to handle your construction then you're at the right place. From changing rules to wrongfully terminating pregnant employees that "broke" nonexistent rules to cherry-picking who those rules apply to. Trash leadership starts at the top. Especially when said leaders glare like teenage drama queens in public. Spend your money elsewhere where people with morals work.

The roof on my commercial business center in Rockwall, TX was damaged due to hail storms, and my insurance agent highly recommended Triangle DJ Contractors to replace our roof. After speaking to several contractors to compare, I knew Triangle DJ was the right choice. Sam and his team at Triangle DJ were phenomenal! First they spent countless hours working with insurance adjusters to obtain the funds necessary to properly complete the roof replacement. They fought tooth and nail for us and were finally able to get the insurance to agree to what I thought would be impossible, due to the very difficult and inexperienced insurance adjuster we originally had. They were actually able to get us a new, experienced adjuster, who understood the complications of installing a roof on a commercial building. Once the work commenced, they took all of the proper precautions to make the project move along smoothly and seamlessly. The completed project was absolutely beautiful! Throughout the entire process, there was constant communications with updates, which is extremely important to me. Sam and his team at Triangle DJ Contractors exceeded my expectations every step of the way from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a highly professional and honest contractor to work with. I will, with no question, be using them for any future projects!

He then took the extra step of interfacing withthe insurance company, saving us all time and effort. When the crewstarted pulling off the old roof, they discovered only cedar shakewithout decking. This easily could have been a land mine with theinsurance company were it not for DJ's immediate intervention. The jobwas finished quickly and on-budget, with a beautiful result. This roofing contractor replaced my storm damaged roof, extensive gutters and downspouts, turbines,etc. in December, 2014 and did a fantastic job. Roof and gutters look great. Derek was very easy to deal with, and completed work promptly. Very well satisfied.
