Waterproof replaced our roof including attic vents and gutters. Andy, the owner, worked with my insurance company and saw to it that everything that should be covered by my insurance was covered: no small task. He took care of the negotiations with insurance so that I didn't have to. He also paid attention to small but important details. I had met with other roofers but he was the only one who made a point that he would find ways to protect the landscaping around our house (Japanese maples), and he did. He explained everything. The work crew that replaced my roof was meticulous, and once finished thoroughly cleaned up the debris. (We only found one nail. Only one. Amazing.) Soon after the install we were hit with days of heavy rains. No leaks. I would recommend Waterproof to anyone intending to replace their roof.

Andy was quick to come out and do an inspection. He was honest and laid out our options. We were prepared to spend thousands and thousands on a new roof and he explained it was not an immediate need and there was a more cost effective option. I highly recommend him. I can honestly say, I have found a Roofing Contractor that actually does what he says they will do. A matter in fact, they actually exceeded my expectations. Previous experience with other contractors left me feeling as if my money was not well spent. I was amazed when I got home, the area around my home was clean and no debris or roofing nails were in my landscaping and/or yard. I felt as if they respected my home as if it was their own. I was pleasently surprised at the craftmanship and eye to detail of the replacement. I will definitely keep their number, and proudly refer them to friends, family and neighbors!
