There was a very, very intense thunderstorm that came through my area in the last few months. Along with this storm came extremely heavy winds. I had shingles fly off of my roof during the windstorm. With rain in the forecast, I knew I needed to get this repaired ASAP. I reached out to RCI who was able to get somebody out the very same day to repair the damage from the windstorm. I was thrilled that RCI treated me like a priority and got me taken care of as quickly as they did. 10/10 highly recommend!

I have been incredibly pleased with RCI Roofing! I contacted them for a roof replacement on my residential home. Their response time was extremely fast between meeting the insurance inspector within 1 week of contacting them & roof replacement began within 3 days of my giving the "go ahead". The quality of their work was amazing & I love my new roof, gutters & chimney work they performed to replace some rotted wood which matched the color exactly of remaining wood precisely. Both the Owner & Xavier were phenomenal in answering questions immediately as they came up. RCI did an outstanding job for me and I highly recommend them. Dealing with the insurance company was trying at times, however RCI communicated well with me throughout the process and was very professional. They helped me get a full replacement of our roof. RCI provided our family top-notch customer service from estimating through completion and follow-up of our roof replacement. Michael demonstrated absolutely excellent customer service by immediately responding to any phone calls and texts I sent before and during the project. The information he provided was clear, concise and accurate. On the final day of the replacement, Chris came to inspect the job as well as Michael. While I hope that our new roof will be the last we'll need, we will call RCI for any future roofing needs and recommend you do too.
