I had a great experience with Veritas. My representative was Johnny and he was great. He provided me a lot of information and I didn’t feel pressured or like I was getting Sold at any point.This was my first time needing a new roof and they walked me through the process, were very helpful when I had questions, and patient while I worked with my lender. Afterwards I’m very satisfied with my new roof and the internal repairs I needed done. If I’m in a house that needs a new roof in the future, and I still live in an area they service, I’ll be a return customer. I would highly recommend them.

Veritas Roofing Team (Jacob & Cole), are extremely experienced and educational. The big hail storm in Tyler on 2/11/2024 destroyed our roof and a number of neighbors. The team walked us through the step by step process communicating with our insurance company and was present when insurance inspector completed there task at our home. The replacement roof was done in one day and there team was very respectful.I would certainly rehire the team if needed and I've recommended Veritas Roofing to many neighbors.Veritas Roofing is excellent.Colleen & Rich A.Tyler, Tx.

First of all- very responsive to my inquiry- treated me as if I business matters- even though I knew my job was comparatively small. They also worked with me well- specifically my work was the result of a neighbors tree falling on my house. The neighbor was going to pay for the repairs. Technically. this was not their problem (I was the customer) but they made sure to interact with him as needed- and actually answered some of this questions.I'm not a roofing guy- but have some engineering background. So I had questions before the work on exactly what they were doing- and wanted to make sure I knew other options available. They patiently explained them to me.Finally a supervisor (not someone who worked on my house) was in regular contact with me to make sure I was happy with the process and also the progress. Very responsive over test.And finally, I'm pleased with the work. For all these reasons a very positive review and recommendation.

Jim is a honest guy! Spent almost an hour inspecting my roof after a couple hail storms and he could’ve made some money reporting something is really bad! But, he said everything’s perfect. No service needed right away! But, he would be my go to guy for any roofing services here after.

We just bought a new house and needed repair of a small leak. I scheduled with Veritas based on their positive reviews. Our original appointment was rescheduled by them on the day of, due to being busy with another job, which was disappointing since my husband had taken off work to be there.At our new appointment, Freddy’s first solution was to give us a bid for a new roof, despite it being 6 years old with no hail damage. When we declined, he said he would have to go back to the office to write up a repair bid. When we inquired what might be wrong with it, he didn’t know and said they’d have to pull up the shingles and look at the decking.We met with another roofer the next day. Our problem wasn’t the roof at all. The second story siding in that area had come up at the seam and was letting sideways rain in.Really disappointing experience.

They provided a free inspection after our most recent hail storm, and then provided general recommendations along with their assessment for what would/would not be covered by an insurance appraisal. AND this was the fastest response time and turnaround I've gotten from a home service company - start to finish was within 48 hours! Highly, highly recommend!!

This outfit is top notch! They were immediately responsive when I called for a quote. They made sure I understood what they were recommending and even negotiated with my insurance company for repairs that their adjuster hasn’t considered. They have been caring, considerate and responsive to every need that I’ve had related to getting my roof repaired including working with me on payment of my deductible. I live on a fixed income so that was extremely important to me and my family.

I would give Veritas 10 out of 5 stars if I could! They are just that good!This is NOT some shady drive-by operator working out of the back of a pickup truck. From the initial contact, until job completion, I found Veritas, and specifically Cole Thornton to be extremely responsive and customer service driven. They went above and beyond, even scouring the country to find the shingles I wanted. The owner, Johnny, and Cole spent the day at my house during install, making sure we were satisfied.The installation is superb! So sharp!They did the roof they said they would do, and at the price they said they would do it for. And it looks fantastic! These guys are the real deal! Very professional and thorough from the start. They worked with my insurance company and helped us understand the process, and the roof was done in one day. They stayed on the job until all nails and debris was thoroughly cleaned up, even left our yard and patio better than they found it. Our new roof is beautiful and there are no leaks! I had the pleasure of working with Jacob for a roof replacement due to hail damage. I obtained several estimates from different contractors for the work, but Jacob was by far the most responsive with communication and outlining the process steps.From getting the work scheduled (was one of the first in the neighborhood), to working with the insurance company directly, to being on-site, the process was as smooth as could be expected. Jacob even patched an area on the roof where a few shingles flew off until the roof could be replaced. The crew arrived on-time and completed the job in two days. Working with the PM Matthew was great also. For the non-dwelling work, the crew even painted another side of the perimeter fence not covered under insurance as a courtesy. I highly recommend Veritas Roofing and Jacob. Happy to add to all the other 5-star reviews here.

Veritas Roofing for me was a clear choice. A gentleman came and showed me a variety of shingles and looks to choose from. Once that was the done a crew came and worked very diligently. The finished product is beautiful. The cleanup was totally wrapped and finished without trash or a single nail ever seen.
