Just like most stories on here, this meeting with myself and 911 Restoration wasn't pre-planned. I found myself standing in water in the middle of my kitchen and living area after I reminded myself that I'm not the most handy person in the world.First instinct was to take care of the water before it crept too far into the baseboards, walls, and carpet. After calling 911 restoration (found on Google with good reviews), they were at my house within an hour.The guys that came out were extremely friendly and professional during the whole process. Lori was in constant contact with me and they were in constant contact with my insurance as well. Such an easy process!We needed to have about 10 fans going for 4 days to completely dry out our drywall and carpets. Each day they came out to check the moisture levels and gave us updates.Nobody ever expects to be in a situation, until it happens. You need to be able to count on the company that comes out to restore value back into your home, while preventing further depreciation. You can't go wrong with 911 Restoration!!!

I have to say when I use this company there was a gentleman there.. They called him Jr. He was the foreman I believe. Not only did he and his crew doing an excellent job but I have never met anybody he cared more about the quality of their work and about the customer. They were on time they were extremely polite I knew exactly what they were doing and he as a leader seem to hold the crew together. Bravo to Junior and his crew for doing such a marvelous job. I hope the company you work for values you all.

I had a water leak in my bathroom and while the water leak was fixed adequately to the best of my knowledge, their air blower machines that they used had made deep rust stains on my carpet. The machine sat directly on my carpet without any barriers and caused deep rust stains on my wool carpet. I had questioned if they needed any towels for their equipment, but the guy said no, so I didn’t push further and let them do their job. It wasn’t until they left the first day that I saw some of the stains on my carpet. I took pictures and sent it to Herb and Danny after the job was finished. Danny reached out to me and said he was going to send a cleaning company to clean it. I questioned if his cleaning company have experience with wool carpet as I have chemical sensitivities and cannot handle synthetic carpet. He wasn’t sure and gave me the info to the cleaning company and I called them to ask. Now mind you, this was an issue caused by their machines and no fault of my own, I was taking time to ask the questions that they should be asking, and I was told by Herb when I spoke with him that I was being a bully and difficult with them since they already had their own cleaning company. He didn’t understand or know the full story as I was in communication was Danny and yet he was being belligerent with me on the phone. This man is very unprofessional and have lost a customer for life. Danny on the other hand, I had been in communications with them regarding an estimate on a company I’ve found that is an expert in wool carpet cleaning and well versed in cleaning my carpet. I told him the estimated cost, and that they would be coming for an estimate this afternoon and I would like for him to give me the okay to hire them for the job. If they leave, it might take another couple of days or week before they can come out again. When I called Danny when they were here, he was MIA. Did not respond to my phone calls or texts as he usually did. He would usually say “I’m on the other line.” “I’ll call you back.” I thought it was odd and weird that he is being unresponsive. I texted Herb and told him I was looking from Danny. I got a call back from Herb and he was completely unhelpful from the beginning, saying Danny is unavailable and giving me ultimatums about what he could do for me, which was to approve the estimate and that the cleaning company who I’m hiring needs to “bill them later.” Sorry, but even I know that that is not how services work. Payment is due at the end of service. They will not accept a “bill me later.” That is ridiculous and so unprofessional coming from what I thought was a reputable company. I have not heard back from Danny at this point and I still have the stains left on my carpet, that at this point is considered permanent. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this unprofessional company who does not take responsibility for their mistakes.

Glen, Garrett, and Wesley took care of our mold removal on the house we just purchased. They were professional, friendly, and punctual and we knew we were in good hands. I couldn’t be happier with them. I had an emergency and felt completely overwhelmed. They got the keys and allowed me to go take care of my family while they took care of my home. I never had a problem reaching anyone and they followed back up with me. I never had to chase them. They then took the time and moved everything back in for me. That was something internally I was stressing about. I walked in and it all had been handled. I even had classical music playing on Alexa. They are just so far above everyone else. I called others and I couldn’t even get someone to verify if they could make it that day. I will never forget how quickly they helped and to the extent they helped. Thank you.

What did we pay for? What did they "restore"?$2400 later, we still have a water-stained cracked ceiling, our wet insulation wasn't replaced and attic floorboards weren't put back, we have a hole in the wall they had to cut out to vent air in, and we're missing strips of crown molding and baseboard that they also won't replace.They didn't do anything but point fans at wet spots for four days and leave us with even more damage to repair than our leaky pipe did. If you want to maintain the belief that as a homeowner, you can trust professionals to do good work so you don't have to learn how to do everything yourself, look elsewhere. These guys aren't pros, they don't know what they're doing, and they sure as hell don't "Restore" any more damage than they cause.

Coming home to find that your house is flooded is never easy. What's even more difficult is the restoration process. I had flooding in my house at 7:00 p.m. I called and they showed up with in one hour. Very pleasant supervisor Danny. Tunde the head technician topped everything foe 3 days. I am short of words to describe Tunde the technician. This young man knows his business along with excellent customer service. Explained every thing he was doing and went above and beyond.This company is complete as long as they have such a crew and specially Tunde.

Great costumer service. Called them after hours due to bathroom flood they came right out. Stayed till midnight removing wet carpet, and setting up fans/dehumidifiers to prevent further water damage. I would definitely recommend their services.
