It gives me much pleasure to be able to recommend WaterTite Roofing. Our church sustained hail and wind damage during a series of storms between April and June of 2019. I met Christian Leerberg and Will Leeds from WaterTite when they stopped in to the church office to talk about potential roof damage from those recent storms. From the onset of our first meeting, I knew that Will and Christian were different than the other companies that had randomly stopped in and that I had subsequently sent on their way. The first thing that struck me was their complete professionalism and their sincerity in wanting to help. I decided to take a chance and move forward, and I can tell you that they did not disappoint at all through the process of evaluation, battling the insurance company and finally the replacement of four roofs on our church campus. They promptly responded to every phone call and text, answered all my questions in a way that I could understand, and walked beside me through the entire process that went on for 1-1/2 years from start to finish due to our struggles with the insurance company. I was 100% satisfied with WaterTite and with Christian and Will. In addition, two years later, they continue to respond to my random questions or texts efficiently and satisfactorily. The name says it all. WaterTight replaced our commercial roof about 5 years ago-no leaks, no wind damage, still solid. Service is exceptional. They still come by to check for any issues and of course, never have any. I strongly suggest them for your roofing needs. And Jon Gingerich is great.

Outstanding experience overall. Perry was fantastic to work with. It is safe to say that we wouldn't even have a new roof if not for him and WaterTight Roofing. We knew we had a leaky roof, but the insurance company claimed the leaks weren't a result of hail damage. Watertight made our case with the insurance company and handled everything from working with the insurance company (which wasn't particularly easy) to the roof repair. The only hiccup we had was that the skylights they installed turned out to be defective from the manufacturer and leaked. But Watertight came out and replaced them as quickly as possible without charge and without disrupting our business. Again, I can't recommend Watertight highly enough -- they were completely professional, competent and a pleasure to work with.

Wes, phil and the rest of the Watertight Family have completed roof replacement on 4 of my aircraft hangars, Damage caused by recent hail storms, and are beginning on the fifth soon. I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism and service excellence displayed by everyone in the organization. The process was simple and straight forward. Very good guys to work with. They solved a lot of the roof leaks we had been dealing with for years. We had several buildings that had internal gutters that were overflowing back into our warehouse and we constantly had to keep moving product and loosing warehouse space due to these leaks.Perry was very easy to work with and knowledgeable in every aspect of the roofing business. He was on top of every update along the way from the initial quote to dealing with the insurance all the way to project completion. Even after the job was done, there was some minor leaks that came up, they were quick to schedule guys to come back out and do what ever was necessary to repair them. He was also very communicative, I knew where we were at with the project from frequent calls to give updates even if there was no updates.With the work that was done, we have noticed another positive. Thru the use of their coatings and TPO materials, we have noticed cooler temperatures under our roofs. Our Production employees have been very thankful in helping to reduce the summer heat. Warehouse guys are happy they don't have to rush to move pallets.We are extremely satisfied with the the work they have done.
