Working with April was a great experience. Her customer service skills are impeccable. She is very knowledgeable, pays attention to detail, and answered all my questions.Estimate was hassle free. XS Roofing and Construction team did all the work with my adjusters and scheduled the work in a timely manner. The roofing team did a great job replacing my roof and with the cleanup. Excellent and very honest company, they worked with our insurance providers and did an extremely high quality job. They completed my home and then also helped us with my mother's roof. They worked with the insurance companies and fought for us to get full coverage rights. We couldn't have done it without them. We worked with April specifically and she went above and beyond for us. Excellent service and highly recommend working with April and with this company.

My roof looks amazing. From the first talk with April till I handed over my deductible check, everything went smoothly. April inspected my roof at no cost and after discovering major water damage, submitted the report and pictures to my insurance company. I just sat back while XS Roofing did all the work. April was very efficient from the inspection to being here when the roof was installed and making sure I contacted my insurance to get a discount since we upgraded the roof. Who does that? Five stars and above for April, Lalo and the whole company.

I have to say this has got to be one of the best and hardworking group of people I have ever had the pleasure of contracting. I wanted work done on the 26th and was up at 6 am waiting for Home Depot to stop by and drop off the materials, these hard working men arrived at my house right on the dot of 6am before the materials were even dropped off and immediately started working, no waiting for the materials or random breaks just straight to work. I had the pleasure of doing business with the owner who was both professional and friendly, I have to say I have little to no knowledge on the entire aspect of roof repair but Ruben walked me step by step of what they planned on doing, not only did he manage to teach someone like me who knows almost nothing about roofing but he was very present on the project the entire time, instead of sitting in a nice air conditioned office half way around town he was there sweating and inspecting the quality of work to make sure I was getting the best of the best with his roofers. Just had this amazing crew out yesterday to replace our roof. They came out early and prepped area surrounding the house to catch debris and completed the tear off and necessary decking repairs within first hour and had complete roof in place and yard cleaned up in 4 hours !
